One long journey later, You arrive outside the entrance to Shambhala. You look down at the gate with a small frown on your face, and a shiver sprints up your spine.
Eli: This should be it... And if I had to guess, I would say my assumption that they would come here was right on the point.
You look down as Eli motions to the lock, and You realize that it has been tampered with, no doubt recently. Samiya and Tagusol must have come through the area recently, and they are waiting for You to come and chase after them.
Cordelia: In that case, I suppose we should get to it... There's not a moment to lose.
You enter Shambhala from there, and as soon as You arrive in the underground city, You can tell that Eli was right. You can see forces from both Samiya and Tagusol's factions fighting one another fiercely, but the commanders are still nowhere to be seen.
Raithius: They must be around here if the rest of their allies are fighting, but we'll have to be careful as we try to track them down.
Magnolia: Let's try to weave through the other soldiers. We'll find them soon enough.
You charge off into battle after looking at the battlefield one last time. You can tell that the fighters on the field are all incredibly experienced, but You will do everything You can to claim the upper hand above them. You prepare your blade for the battle to come, and You start to fight through them all.
The fight is a difficult one just as You expected it would be, but You do your best to conserve your energy even so. You do not want to waste all of your strength before You have the chance to find and defeat Samiya and Tagusol. You ration your power for when they appear, and luckily, the rest of the soldiers in the area do not require much more effort than You are willing to expend. You will win the battle with time. You can feel it already.
Soon enough, You have eliminated the bulk of the enemy fighters. The only ones left are those just outside a set of doors that leads into a room at the center of the city. You glance around for the rest of your allies to ensure they are at your back.
Chris: That must be where Samiya and Tagusol are... Let's get in there and finish this.
Aisa: Proceed with caution, everyone... There will be no going back once we set foot in there.
You raise your blade high, and You bring it down in a wide slash that nearly tears the door from its hinges. Even so, the wood is splintered down the middle, giving You a perfect view of the battle inside. Just as You assumed, Samiya and Tagusol are there inside, and they are waiting for You.
Samiya: Damn it all... You should not have come here!
Tagusol: I suppose it was just a matter of time before you tried to come after us... Hmph. So be it. You shall perish here along with her!
You charge off to fight through the last few soldiers. Soon enough, You arrive in front of Samiya and Tagusol, and You realize that they are the only ones left. They are the final line of defense standing between You and a new future, and You will not let them hold You back any longer than they already have. This is where the war ends, and You will make sure they know it.
If You initiate combat with Samiya, the following dialogue plays out.
Samiya: You... You should not be here. Surely you know of the holy power that flows through your body. Surely you understand that you should be fighting for the good of this land rather than siding with those who have brought it so much damage.
