It was almost time for us to go meet the cast for a second time. After seeing that interview on TV, I thought for sure Reece would be too broken up to go anywhere near Jen, but to my surprise, he was actually still ecstatic. I hadn't seen him much since we left the set this past week, and I was beginning to wonder what he was doing... He was in Vancouver... Last time I checked, he didn't have any friends in Vancouver that I knew about, yet he went out almost every single night since.

As I sat waiting for him to get back so that we could go, I decided practice my music using his guitar. Twenty or so minutes into my playing, Reece bursted through the door.

"Sounds beautiful," he exclaimed, "but I've got something even better!"

He was out of breath and wearing a helmet, which didn't seem like a good sign, "unless Ryan Reynolds dressed as Deadpool drove you here on a motorcycle, I think i'll pass."

"Haha, no, but CLOSE!" he taunted, "minus the Ryan Reynolds part."

"REECE, tell me you did NOT get a motorcycle..."

"I didn't!" He assured me earnestly, "just come see!"

"A Vespa? ... You're all excited for a moped?"

"YES! Are you NOT?!" he was grinning from ear to ear, "These things are amazing, plus, they save a lot on gas!"

"Yeah, if you can find one that hits over 60 miles an hour!"

"This one does! We can arrive to the set tonight in style!"

"Yeah, AND INCREASE OUR CHANCES OF GETTING HIT BY A CAR BECAUSE OF HOW TINY IT IS! Woohoo go TEAM!" I said amusingly, offering him a facetious high-five.

"Come on, we should get going anyway, traffic might be bad," he suggested, "BUT DON'T WORRY! With the Vespa, we might be able to slide in between cars!"

"Reece..."

"Yeah?"

"I'm pretty sure that has to be illegal..."

"So we won't scoot past a cop, problem solved!" he tossed me a helmet and continued, "besides, unless he's on a motorcycle, what's he really gonna do?"

"Getting your license plate number would be one thing..."

"Touché..."

As we rode off to set, I could already tell this whole Vespa thing was a bad idea. People were rolling down their windows and trying to snap photos of Reece and I as we drove by.
