"Alright we're in" Mr Aizawa said as he climbed through the window, Uraraka following close behind him. As Uraraka climbed through Mr Aizawa snuck up behind the guard in front of him before suddenly grabbing him as he cut off his airways, holding tightly around his neck while covering his mouth to make sure he couldn't scream for help as well as cancelling his quirk. After a few moments of struggling and flailing around the guard eventually stopped struggling as he fell unconscious and Mr Aizawa quietly lay him down, hidden away in the corner before pulling out some tape from his utility belt and placing it over the guard's mouth and tying his arms and legs together in case he woke up.
Damn, that was impressive. He took him out so quickly and he did it without making a sound too. I wonder if we'll be working on stealth training more often, most of what we've done has been combat and rescuing.
"Uraraka, over here" Mr Aizawa said peeking around some crates, motioning for her to join him. She did as he said and slowly crept along to join him by the crates before peeking out to see what was going on. Sure enough the production line was producing the vials of the red liquid that Uraraka had managed to uncover in the office, which now had nothing in there as the moment Uraraka had escaped they likely moved everything out of there to another location as when the police arrived everything was gone.
What are they making? And why do they need so much of it? I know he said he'd had this planned for a long time but how long? All for One has only been in prison for a few days there's no way they could've produced all of this within that amount of time plus the stuff in that office. In fact just to get all of this setup would've taken more time than this so he must have had all of this pre planned. Maybe he's not as amateur as I thought he was. I wonder if it was an act. Did he lure me into a false sense of security?
"See anything?" Mr Aizawa asked looking around for any of the other heroes on the raid with them. There were other heroes waiting just a short distance away from the site to join the raid and pick up on any stragglers in case things went haywire. For now though things were quiet and they were waiting for somebody to give them the go ahead or to call for reinforcements. However for all they knew the reinforcements were down too.
"No, nothing. Just: the vials, guards, crates and more vials. I can't see any other heroes anywhere. Where are they all? We got inside easily enough" Uraraka said as she looked around struggling to see anything as the factory wasn't very well lit and it was very dark in some areas.
Why don't they have all of the lights switched on either? It's night and it's dark isn't it dangerous to have them off? Something really isn't right. This is a trap. It has to be.
"Sir I don't like this. We're definitely walking into a trap of some kind. What should we do?" she asked moving back behind the crates, out of sight. Mr Aizawa did the same, the two of them now facing each other.
"You tell me. What's our best move here?" Mr Aizawa asked.
Seriously? He's asking me? Is he out of his-...oh wait. I see what he's doing. He's still being a teacher even though we're on a mission.
"Well as far as we know the two of us are the only ones left. Even the second wave could be captured or maybe even worse. If we charge in there or try to shut this place down we don't stand a chance, there's too many of them and if we get caught there's a chance we can't even call for reinforcements. We don't know where the other heroes are or what's happened to them, we don't know how to shut the production line down or where the controls are for it either" Uraraka said going through the list of unknowns. And there were far too many of them.
"Good. That's the unknowns. So what do we know?" Mr Aizawa asked encouraging her to keep going. She was along the right lines and was slowly getting to the correct conclusion however he could see she just needed a small push.
"We know where the overseer's office is and we know Mr Supai is in there. We know that Deku doesn't have a lot of time left. Tomorrow is when the week is up and his cure isn't ready yet because they're still trying to reverse engineer whatever is in those vials for him. So at any time tomorrow, which is only a few hours away, Deku could turn into a killer with no control over his actions. If he turns we don't even know if the cure will even work or have any effect either so-" Uraraka began starting worry about Deku too much as she suddenly started panicking. However Mr Aizawa saw that she was losing the correct trail of thought and was starting to worry too much over what might happen in the future rather than what was happening now in front of them.
"Hey, hey Uraraka. Focus. Don't worry about Midoriya. Focus on what is happening right now. Here. In this factory. We know where the overseer's office is and that Mr Supai is in there. We also know that he knows what's in those vials and he probably knows how to cure Midoriya too. Meaning..." Mr Aizawa trailed off practically giving her the answer but she needed to realise it for herself. He'd nudged her in the right direction, she just needed to come to the correct conclusion instead of worrying about Deku.
He's right I need to focus on what's happening now instead of what might happen to Deku tomorrow. We can cure him but right now I need to finish the mission.
"We can't chance looking for the others, this place is huge, it could take all night to find them. We can't shut this place down alone. But we do know where the man who knows how to cure Deku, how to shut this place down and where all the others are, is" Uraraka said crossing the options out one by one even though she knew there was only choice and it was obvious what they had to do.
"So the plan has changed. What's the new plan Uraraka?" Mr Aizawa asked seeing that she'd finally come to obvious and only option they had left. Uraraka looked down at her fists, clenching them, ready for a fight.
I'm gonna break his legs this time for what he's done to Deku.
She looked back up to Mr Aizawa. The next words out of her mouth were full of fire and determination just as her eyes were and had it not been for the fact that they were on a mission Mr Aizawa might have cracked a smile as she finally said the words he'd been waiting to hear.
"We go after Mr Supai..."
