It was a regular weeknight and you were all alone in Stark tower. Pietro had been gone for over a week now on his latest mission with the Avengers, and it was starting to stress you out. You decided it would be a good time to enjoy the new hot tub that Stark had put in. You lit as many candles as you could around you, hoping that the hot water and ambient lighting would help you calm down and stop worrying so much. Pietro always told you worrying so much was bad for your health, but you couldn't help it. You grabbed your favorite book and settled into the hot, bubbly water.
You were finally relaxing and winding down when you felt a familiar gush of wind blow past you, and the candles around you flickered momentarily. You were met with Pietro standing in front of you with a raised brow. "So. Do you like it?" he asked. "Uhhh, like what?" you questioned him. He didn't answer, only indicated that you should check your hand. When you did, you found that you were now wearing a beautiful diamond ring on your left ring finger. "Marry me?" he whispered in your ear, climbing into the hottub beside you. "Of course." you whispered back. You couldn't help but laugh at him, he was always trying to speed everything up.
