How He Proposes 

Steve proposed to you on your favorite the bridge in Central Park. One of your favorite things to do with Steve was to walk the many beautiful paths of central park. But your favorite spot was always the bridge: no matter the season, the bridge provided you with the best view of so many sights and never failed to showcase the beauty of each season. One day in the fall, you were walking hand in hand with Steve through central park. When you came near the bridge, you ripped your hand from his and took off running towards your favorite sight, leaving Steve to shake his head at you. You knew he had caught up to you because you could sense him standing behind you. "You know (y/n/n), I really love this view. But, I love you more." He placed a gentle arm around your waist and spun you towards him. "(y/n), I love you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I want to be able to walk this path the same way we always do, except I want to do it while calling you my wife. So, (y/n) (y/m/n) (y/l/n), will you marry me?" Your hands uncovered your tear-stained face as you wrapped your arms around his neck. "Steve, I would love nothing more. Yes!!!" You squealed as you kissed him and everyone in the park clapped. 

Your Ring

It had been Steve's mother's and was one of the few things he had left that had belonged to her. She had always told him never to use it unless he was positive that the girl was the one, so you felt beyond honored that Steve had proposed to you with it, especially knowing its value to him. He also thought it suited you perfectly. What you didn't know until he told you one day, was that only the center stone was original. Steve had the rest of the embellishments added to make it more modern and more your style, while still being able to use his mother's ring to propose.
