Tbh this is a filler chapter since this part of the episode is about Jessie

Ravi POV
I looked at my siblings before rushing to (name) who was far "(name)! " I exclaimed out of breath.

"Yeah? " I watched how his eye sparkled out of nowhere "I was wondering.... What is some fun stuff to do around the military base? " I asked "there's an arcade but most of it is gun games, a pool, a gym, and a movie theater" He listed.

"Why did you add gym to list of fun? " He giggled "you're funny" I stood there fake laughing at the joke I didn't know I made "but I got to get going" He turned around.

"Wait! " I said "yea? " He asked "I just thought we should say goodbye" I waved my hand "bye" He giggled before waving back "bye, jokester" He skipped off making me feel stupid.

"Better luck next time" Zuri said looking at me "yeah, it's always next time" I mumbled.

"Don't be bummed out, just feel better that you didn't say anything stupid" Luke said putting his arm around my neck "plus you have us" Zuri said hugging me.

We decided to go to back to our bunk "how about at lunch, you ask him for a date by just walking up to him? " Zuri suggested.

"Boring! " Luke exclaimed "you need some sweet moves" Luke walked then turned before putting some glasses on "do you want to scare him away? " Zuri asked before looking at me "or Ravi to get injured? " I was offended by her question.

"Or what Zuri said" Luke sat beside me as Emma and Jessie came in.

Reader POV
I was already at home laying in bed writing down ways to talk to Ravi "oh, what's this? " Darla took my notebook running to the living room "give it back! " I yelled.

"Ask him on a date, write him a song" She read as I ran through the house trying to get it back "talk to him" She looked at me holding the note book over my head as tears threatened to come out "understand (name), you will never have someone to date if you're like this! " She yells.

I look down as tears spilled "you're just acting like this for attention! " She tells as I reached for my notebook, she walked towards the fireplace "you and Jessie never will end up in love nor happy" She burned the book filled with all of my ideas and inventions.

My face went blank and my body stopped as I watched the notebook burn to ashes.

She left making me walk back to my room before Caleb came in "whats wrong, kid? " He saw how emotionless my face was "she burned the notebook" Anger immediately showed up on his face.

"What the fuck would she do that? " I broke down into tears "I don't know" I covered my face "how about you take my notebook that I took your ideas for? " I looked at him confused with puffy eyes.

"It has everything up to tomorrow" He reached into his bag and grabbed a notebook filled with everything but the Ravi note that was in my original notebook but in different handwriting.

I hugged him "you saved my life" I mumbled "I don't like seeing you cry plus I also bad at science, engineering, and math, so I had to take notes" We chuckle as he left me and I realized how much I took that notebook to heart.

Ravi POV
"Like we practice, go to the porch, knock on the door, and ask him out" Zuri told me before Luke and her pushed me to the porch.

I walked to the door and knocked on it, the door open revealing a boy near his age but older "can I help you? " He asked "where is (name)? " I asked "he went to the park" I sighed.

"I would get going" I smiled at him before leaving "who that? " Zuri asked "I don't know and hopefully, it's not his boyfriend" I said.

"Well, what did he say? " We walked away from the house "(name) was at the park" "Let's go there" Luke said putting his arm around me.

"Sure" My anxiety rose as we walk straight to the park.

Reader POV
I sat in the park watching kids run around as I tried to clear my head "hey, (name) " Caleb's friend's little brother who was my age sat beside me "hey, your voice is a little deeper" I said as he gave me a strange look.

"I haven't notice" He replied "is it a bad thing? " He asked looking at me with fake fear "no, you sound good" I reassure him "oh, ok" We sit in silent.

"So, I got a question" He started making me look at him "are you gay? " He asked making my heart skip a beat as I tried to debate on telling him "I mean I am, I'm just asking you" He said scratching the back of his neck.

"Yeah, I am" I said "so, you won't be weirded out if I do this" "Do what? " I asked "this" He grabbed my chin and kissed me before I could get out of a state of shock, I saw Ravi, Luke, and Zuri over his shoulder.

I push off making me look at him "I'm .....sorry but" I look back where the siblings once stood "but I'm not interested in you" I said.

I tried to do  a cliffhanger but I'm not that good even tho I hate Cliffhanger
