Chapter 183

Y/N laid in his bed rubbing his stomach.

"I have no clue what we just ate, but that was good..."

Hyewon nodded as she did the same.

"I'm so glad we don't have to move for the rest of today. I don't think I'd be able to."

Y/N chuckled.

"Me neither."

Y/N watched as Hyewon rested her head on his chest, wrapping her arms around his torso.

"Huh..."

Hyewon looked up.

"Hm?"

"You've been kinda touchy lately."

Hyewon's eyes widened, "I-Is that a bad thing?"

"No. I've just noticed that you're back to how you used to be earlier in our relationship."

"Oh... Yeah. I've just been craving some touch."

Y/N smiled, wrapping his new right arm around his girlfriend.

"And I'm perfectly fine with that."

The couple cuddled for hours, losing track of time. However, Chaewon broke their trance.

"Are you two going to cook dinner? If not, I can cook with Ji Seok."

Y/N sat up, "Oh- Right. We should."

"You really don't have to. You can stay in bed if you'd like."

Y/N glanced towards Hyewon who gestured to head out with her head.

"We'll cook."

"Okay."

Once in the kitchen, the newly tied couple stood with their hands on their hips.

"What are we going to cook..."

Y/N pursed his lips, "I have no clue. What do we have in the fridge?"

"A bunch of ingredients."

"Let's cook this one honey garlic chicken recipe that I saw earlier."

"What does it call for?"

"Honey and garlic."

Hyewon scoffed, "Okay, but what else?"

"Let me check."

Y/N pulled out his phone, walking to the pantry.

"It's so nice being able to double task again. I took having two hands for granted while I had them."

"Of course you did. They've been there since you were born. It's only natural to become jaded to something like that."

"Okay... When did we get philosophical?"

Hyewon chuckled, "Good question. Do you have the recipe pulled up?"

"Yeah. We need chicken, honey, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, flour, butter, salt and pepper."

"Oh. That's really simple."

"Yeah. We can pair it with some vegetables and rice as well. If we want to, we can add rice cake to the chicken as well."

"That doesn't sound bad at all."

"Let's make it. It's a really quick recipe."

"Okay."

While Hyewon washed the rice, Y/N walked around the kitchen, grabbing the necessary ingredients for that night's dinner. Once she finished washing the rice, placing it in the rice cooker, Hyewon walked to the island counter, checking out the ingredients laid out.
