Chapter 194

As he drove home, Y/N glanced at JiU who slept in the passenger seat.

She looks so peaceful...

After parking the car in the garage, Y/N opened the passenger door, shaking the smaller girl.

"JiU ah... We're here."

"mmm..."

JiU rolled in her seat, assuming a comfortable position.

"Ya. Don't fall back asleep."

"Carry me..."

Y/N felt his heart skip a beat at the girl's sudden proposition.

"Are you sure?"

"Eung..."

"Okay."

Though he struggled a little, Y/N eventually rested JiU on his back, carrying her to the elevator where he would find Wonyoung patiently waiting inside.

"Oh, hello there."

"I've come to help you."

"How'd you know about this?"

Wonyoung pointed to the necklace that she proudly wore

"Right..."

"I'll carry her."

"Okay."

Y/N carefully handed the small girl off to Wonyoung, taking extra caution as to not wake the sleeping beauty.

"You can go to your dorm if you'd like."

"Oh... Okay."

Despite feeling slightly relieved that he doesn't have to potentially deal with the wrath of JiU if he were to wake her up by accident, Y/N also felt disappointed.

Relax. Even if you're her manager, there's no need to feel like you have to take care of her.

Y/n pressed the button for his floor, thanking Wonyoung before he exited.

Wonyoung carried JiU to her dorm, placing her down on the chair inside of her room.

"Let's remove your makeup."

Wonyoung carefully removed the artificial beauty off of JiU, smiling in triumph at the fact that she hadn't disturbed the sleeping beauty.

"Unnie~"

"mmm..."

"Let's get you showered."

'I don't wanna... I just wanna sleep."

"You don't have to do anything. I'll do it for you."

"Mkay..."

Wonyoung guided JiU to her bathtub, sitting her down before running the water.

"Are you okay with cold water?"

"Eung. It's better for my skin."

"Since when did you care about your skin?"

JiU let out a low giggle, "I don't."

Wonyoung crossed her arms, "That's what I thought."

The maknae turned on the water, making sure to twist the knob for the hot water.

"I'm going to give you a warm shower so that I don't wake you up."

"Eung..." 

Wonyoung did as told, starting off with JiU's hair.

"Unnie, what would you think about cutting your hair?"

JiU shrugged.

"I see... You don't have to. I was just wondering what you thought about it."
