Trigger warning: mentions of kidnapping

I had been taken by one of Zoom's a couple of days ago. They had taken me to some house. I didn't exactly know where it was, or if it was even in Central City.

"You know, I did know your Earth two doppelganger. She was different." The man said.

"Ya know, if you're gonna hold me here, may as well tell me your name." I said.

"And why would I do that?" The man asked.

I sighed. "Okay. I guess that's a fair enough point, Jacob." I said.

"How the hell?" The man asked.

"I knew your Earth one, doppelganger. He wasn't a dick." I said.

"You're really a pain, you know?" Jacob said.

"Right. Well, if I'm gonna be stuck here, can I at least have a laptop?" I asked.

"Fine" Jacob said.

Third person POV, STAR Labs

"We have to find her. Before she gets hurt, or worse." Barry said.

"We'll find her, Barry. We just, don't know how to find her yet." Cisco said.

"I know, I just, wish I had been there. If I was, maybe she wouldn't have been taken." Barry said.

Caitlin shook her head. "Maybe, maybe not. You don't know." She said.

Back to reader POV

Jacob handed me the laptop. "If you do anything stupid, I'll know." He said.

"Bitch, no the fuck you won't." I said before opening up the laptop. "What's the Wi-Fi password?"

"Uppercase F, lowercase u, uppercase C, lowercase k, space, uppercase Y, zero, lowercase u, exclamation point." Jacob said.

I put the password in. "That's a creative password." I said sarcastically.

"Shut up." Jacob said.

"Suck my dick you stupid fuck." I said. I went into the proper apps I needed.

"What did you want with a laptop?" Jacob asked.

"Just wanna write." I said before going in and looking for the STAR Labs system.

"Okay" Jacob said, seemingly uninterested.

I attempted to hack my way in, purposefully messing up so that it would be noticed.

Third person POV, STAR Labs

An alert popped up on the computer. It said that someone was trying to get into the server.

"Someone's trying to hack the system." Cisco said.

"What? Do you know who?" Caitlin asked.

"No, I don't. But I can try to trace it." Cisco said.

"Okay. Do that." Caitlin said.

Back to reader POV

I continued to hack into the system. I made a couple purposeful errors here and there, but did enough to where it looked like I was a pro at what I was doing, which I was.

"What are you even writing?" Jacob asked.

"Oh, it's a story about a female serial killer who kills anyone who pisses her off or attempts to harm her or anyone she cares about." I said.

"You do know that you, an unarmed woman, won't be able to harm me, right? All you have is a laptop. And that really won't do much for you." Jacob said.

"Oh, I know that. I can't do anything." I said.

Third person POV, STAR Labs

"I think I was able to trace it." Cisco said.

"Okay, where is it coming from?" Caitlin asked.

"Some house a couple miles outside of Central City." Cisco said.

"Okay. I'll go check it out." Barry said before leaving.

Brief time skip, and switch back to reader POV

Barry ran into the building.

"Jeez, took you long enough." I said before slamming the laptop shut.

"What?" Barry asked.

"What did you do? I told you not to do anything stupid." Jacob said.

"Sorry, not sorry, jackass." I said before standing up then running over to Barry.

"That hack, it was you?" Barry asked.

"Yeah." I said.

Barry picked me up. "That was clever." He said.

"You aren't leaving with her." Jacob said.

"Yeah, I am. Go to hell." Barry said before running out.

Small skip, at STAR Labs

Barry set me down. "Are you okay? Did he hurt you at all?" He asked.

"Only emotionally. I'm fine, Bare. At least, I think I am." I said.

"What even happened?" Barry asked.

"Well, a couple days ago, I was on  walk, minding my own fucking buisness, and this dude just, knocks me out, then I wake up in that house." I said.

"We'll get him. Lock him up. You're not gonna get taken again" Barry said.

"Okay" I said.
