It was the afternoon. Me, Ravi, Hazel, Emma, Lou, and Xander were all hanging out in the mess hall.

Hazel kept making mean comments on how Ravi could never get a girlfriend. She kept saying no one would love him. Let's say I was so close to absolutely losing my shit.

"You can't get a girl." Hazel said once more.
I looked her straight in her dead eyes.
"You really believe that?" I asked cocking an eyebrow.
"Yeah, I do. So what?" Hazel said rudely.

I looked over at Ravi, who appeared to be unhurt, but I knew him better than that. I knew just how much Hazel's words had hurt him.

I was ready to punch her. I had raised my fist, and Ravi grabbed my wrist.
"She isn't worth it y/n." Ravi told me.
I put down my fist.

"Y/n, you should calm down." Lou told me.
"Yeah. Hazel isn't worth the trouble." Emma said.
Xander nodded his head in agreement.

"Thats where you are wrong." I told them.
"What do you mean?" Xander asked me.
"I'm not going to let her get away with treating Ravi like that." I said.

"I'll tell Gladys." Emma said.
"That's just it. She doesn't care. I give a damn. So I'll do something about it." I told her.

Ravi sat down at one of the tables. He put his arms on the table and layed his head on top of them.
I walked over to him and sat down beside him.

"Maybe Hazel is right." Ravi said defeated.
I placed my hand on his arm. He lifted his head to look at me.
"What?" He asked me.

"Ravi, she's wrong." I told him.
"How do you know?" He asked me.
"I know because, you already won me over." I told him.

Ravi looked at me confused.
"What do you mean?" He asked me.
"I mean, you can get a girl to fall for you. I already have." I told him smiling slightly, also nervous at how he would respond.

He took his other hand and placed it on top of mine.
"Do you really mean that?" Ravi asked me hopefully.

I smiled, and kissed his cheek.
"Yes Ravi, I really mean it." I told him.
"I, feel the same way about you." Ravi said.
"Wait. Really?" I asked.

Ravi looked me in the eyes, and smiled at me.
"Yes. Really." He said smiling.

A wide smile spread across my face.
"Awesome." I said.
"So, maybe we should hang out, as more than friends some time?" Ravi asked me.
"Yeah. I'd love that." I said smiling.
