"What is it?" Iris asked.
"I'd say it's a bit much to handle." the problematic doctor answered. "Well... a bit much to handle, is kind of an understatement."
"So what is it?"
"It's SCP-909." the problematic doctor answered. "And its something that you need to steer clear of, no matter the circumstance."
"That dangerous, huh?" the joker responded. "But how does that fare with everything else here? I mean, we got an indestructible reptile, that shy guy, the peanut statue, surely it couldn't get any worse than that, right?"
"While I know it can't even compare to the indestructible reptile, for obvious reasons, but there was a cross-testing between this and him so..." the problematic doctor responded. "Surely, you might wanna steer clear of this SCP regardless..."
"Okay, so... what is it?"
"Right, sorry..." the problematic doctor cleared his throat. "It's basically just a big quartz crystal that you shouldn't physically touch. When I say big, it's like five feet tall and two feet wide."
"Man, that's kinda big for a crystal..." the joker responded. "Then again, I'm pretty sure Drista's taller than that... so I don't think it's that big..."
"Nevertheless, it's big in my book and very dangerous." the problematic doctor answered.
"Okay, so a big quartz crystal thing, and it's dangerous..." the teenage girl recapitulated. "But what makes this dangerous?"
"Well, this is a Keter-Class SCP and that's for a very good reason." the problematic doctor answered. "If anything comes into direct contact with this SCP, it begins to crystallize after a couple of hours."
"Anything?"
"Absolutely anything." the problematic doctor repeated with a nod. "This can range from objects to people, just absolutely anything... well, except granite."
"Ah, okay..." the teenage girl reacted, sighing of relief. "Good thing to know that it's not gonna affect literally anything."
"But... it has to be transported a lot around the Foundation..." the problematic doctor responded. "So as long as the box is sealed properly, then it shouldn't be much of a problem."
"Okay, that's good... I guess." the joker responded. "Right, let's talk about this crystal. So if it touches anything but granite, then it can crystallize that too?"
"Bingo." the problematic doctor answered. "It can get through the whole process pretty fast, at a rate of an inch per minute in an organic organism. It's not gonna take long at all for this thing to destroy what it touches. From the inside and out."
"And... what then?"
"The entire thing explodes." the problematic doctor answered, arms outstretched. "Into thousands of fragments, and... you shouldn't touch those either."
"Because the same thing will happen?"
"Yep." the problematic doctor nodded. "It's very contagious."
"But what if it touches something like a brick wall or something?" the teenage girl asked. "Is it gonna explode too?"
"Not really, it reacts differently with inorganic matter." the problematic doctor answered. "It just goes a few centimeters from the point of contact."
"Oh, okay..."
"Okay... so you said something about a cross-testing with this SCP..." the joker spoke up. "Mind if you tell us about that?"
"Actually, I got all the files in my computer." the problematic doctor answered, pointing to his computer on his desk. "I'll just boot it up and I can just show you all of them."
