Girl Meets New Love

Chapter 16

Rowan's POV:

After we got back home, Sabrina and I went back up to her room. She laid down and ended up falling asleep.
I sit at her piano and decide to do a live stream since I've been getting so many requests to do so.

I say happily,
"Hey everybody!"

The comments start to flood in:
Hey Rowan!
Rowboat!
Hi babe
Babyyy
Where's Sabrina?
Where are you
Who are you with
Hi
How's your day
Hows Pennsylvania
I didn't know you were with sabby!!
What are you up to

I start to answer their questions:
"How's your day? Well we only dropped off sab's cousins at school but it's great already."

"Where are you? I'm in Sabrina's old bed room. At her piano."

I pan the camera around the room and continue to answer:

"Who are you with? Myself and Sabrina but she went back to bed when we got home. How are you guys doing?"

The comments keep coming:

Good now thanks love

I say chuckling,
"Jeez you guys really love her. Buuuut I'll do it."

I turn around and see her laying on her stomach with her arm underneath the pillow she's laying on and her hand dangling over the bed. She has the most adorable and peaceful look on her face, but I have to not stare too much. They can't know yet.

I turn back to my phone and say,
"One second."

I open the door quietly and see her dog Goodwin sitting right at the door waiting to come in.
I smile and say,
"Perfect here you are."

I show the camera and angle my phone to the bed.
I mouth the words "I'm gonna confuse the hell
out of her!"

I put the dog right by her face to just barely wake her up out of her dream. This puts her in a dream state kinda and she's so unaware of everything.
Don't ask how I know this. I've done this before to her. I laugh to myself at my own thoughts.

Goodwin starts to lick her nose and lays down up to her.
She keeps her eyes closed but raises her eyebrows a bit.

I say,
"Maya come on peaches get up for school!"

She mumbles,
"Huh?"

I whisper to her,
"Sabrina that's your line read your script. We're in the middle of a scene."

She mutters,
"We're not on set?"

I say,
"Of course we are silly. You didn't actually fall asleep did you?"

She opens her eyes and squints and looks around confused.
I see a smile grow on her face and she says groggily, laughing,
"You're a dick."

I laugh and say,
"Gotchaaaaaa. You fall for that every time."

She says standing up,
"Because I was half asleep."
