Girl Meets New Love

Chapter 36

Rowan's POV:

I wake up this morning to Sabrina still asleep in the same position from last night.

I carefully slip out from the bed and into the living room to see Corey already awake petting Peyton's hair.

I smile at them when he notices me.
Corey whispers to not wake Peyton,
"Hey."

I whisper,
"Morning."

He whispers,
"Good morning. Sabrina still sleeping?"

I nod and whisper,
"Wanna go to the cafe down the street and bring back some coffee and bagels?"

He gets up excitedly but quietly and says,
"Yes let's go!"

We walk out down the hall and out the lobby doors.

The bagel shop is only 3 blocks down so we're there within 6 minutes.
We buy 4 bagels and coffees and start to walk back.

When we walk in the apartment Peyton is awake watching tv.
Corey jumps on him and says,
"Hey we got bagels and coffee."

Peyton basically screams,
"I LOVE BAGELS AND COFFEE!"

We bust out laughing and I hear a loud thud and a groan come from Sabrina's bedroom.
I open the door and see her laying on the door groaning.
I laugh and hold out my hand and say,
"Awe did you fall off the bed sleepy head?"

She takes my hand and stands up stretching and says groggily,
"Mmm yeah because I heard yelling and was scared awake."

I giggle and say as we're walking to the living room,
"That was Peyton, he was exicted because Corey and I got some bagels and coffee."

Sabrina mocks Peyton,
"NO WAY I LOVE BAGELS AND COFFEE!"

We laugh again and start to have our little breakfast on the sunny deck.

When we're done we get dressed and all decide to go to the beach since it's Saturday.

We take Corey's truck because it's more fun to drive in.

When we get there we lay out our towels and are greeted with a whole group of fans.
We hang out with them all basically the whole time.
We have a body surfing 'competition' to see who went farther.
Peyton and Sabrina and a fan who's name is Chad beat us all by far every time.

Then we play football 8 vs 8. It was really fun.

Then after playing around in the water and the sand we head up to the board walk and get a bunch of orders of fries and chicken fingers that we pay for for everyone to all share.
  It didn't even feel like they were fans of us, it just felt like we were all a group of friends.
Chad, lori, Bella, and Alex, plus us 4.

We take our pictures with them and leave by 6 o clock.

Corey drops row and I off at my apartment and they decide to go back home because they were exhausted from the beach, as we are too.

We thank him for the ride and trudge back up the steps.
I unlock the door and throw myself on the couch with a long sigh.

Rowan lies down cuddled up to me. She buries her face in my neck as I look down at her. Man she's just so adorable.

I really hate myself for ever making her want to break up with me because I assume stuff too quickly and get jealous.
God I'm such an idiot.
Really. I am.  

I play with her hair and say quietly,
"You're really not mad at me anymore?"

She sighs out and says,
"What you did was dumb. But it didn't mean anything to you and I know you only did it because you were jealous and just mad yourself. So, no I'm not."

I smile softly and she continues,
"Besides I can't stay mad at such a cute wittle baby. I mean Sabrina I can't even stress it enough everytime I look at you I just fall in love again and again. Your smile and your laugh makes me immediately smile and it's not forced at all. I hate I fell so hard for you it makes me vulnerable hahahah."

As she's talking to me I get lost in her eyes and soon mine slowly shut.
She says softly and giggling,
"Did I bore you to sleep talking about you?!"

I say barely above a whisper,
"I like when you talk. Keep saying stuff."

I feel my lips curl into a smile as I can hear her breathe out a laugh.
She adjusts herself so she's more comfortable and says,
"I had fun today at the beach. Those fans were really chill. Kinda rare to find people like them. Dontcha' think?"

I hum to let her know I'm listening but keep my eyes closed.
As she keeps talking to me I feel my mind drift away as I fall asleep into a nice nap.

What even is this shit jejcjdjcjsnxbsks I just felt I needed to post something for you guys because idk if you saw my last posts but I'm for some reason really stuck on this book and have no idea what to write about!
