Chapter 66

Rowan's POV:

Skip ahead a few weeks

Tonight I'm having extra Sabrina withdrawals..
it's not very good for me.
I really just miss her scent.. and where can I go for that?

Her apartmeeeeeent yaaaaaay!
But how do I get in you ask?

Her spare key she gave meeeee yaaaaay!

She might not be too thrilled if she found out I'm staying at her house tonight but hey. She'll never know.

The walk from my house to hers is about a half hour.
I have no choice.
It's 10pm. My parents think I'm asleep because I have school tomorrow (and my stupid mom makes me get up early just like I go to a normal school), I don't want to pay for an uber, and Sabrina is on tour.
So yeah.
Is it sleeping in Sabrina's clothes and in her bed worth a half hour walk?

YES.

Finally.. I arrive and unlock the door.
I turn on the light and walk to her bedroom.
I immediately fall onto her side of the bed and hug her pillow.

What? Don't judge.. I miss my girlfriend.

I go into her dresser and pull out a shirt of hers and a pair of sweat pants.
I plug my phone into a charger and climb into the bed.

Speaking of the devil, Sabrina facetimes me.
I happily answer the call and say happily,
"Hi Sabby."

She turns her head to look behind her and says without even making eye contact,
"Hey."

I say and pout,
"Wow not even any eye contact or a nice greeting."

She looks at me and smiles and says,
"Hi Rowan."

I smirk and say,
"Better."

She says,
"How are you today?"

I say,
"Well it's 10:30pm, but tonight I'm fine. Minus the extra withdrawals I've been having today."

She drops whatever she had in her hand as her head whips around to face the phone. She says concerned and scared,
"Withdrawals?! From WHAT?"

I laugh and say,
"Just from you!"

She sighs out and says running her fingers through her hair,
"Jesus Rowan you scared me."

I adjust my position and say,
"Soooorry."

I see her eyes look around the screen.
She says breathing out deeply.
"Rowan."

I say grinning,
"Yes babe?"

She rubs her face with her hand and says,
"Why are you in my room?"

I say,
"Wh- psh. Whaaaat? I'm not- pssshh. I'm not in your room silly."

She looks at me with a straight face and I break,
"Okay okay fine."

She says laughing,
"How the fuck did you get in?"

I say,
"You gave me a key. Are you stupid?"

She says sighing,
"Yeah that might've been a mistake."

I mimic her in a deep voice and finish raising an eyebrow,
"Hey babe let's move in together."

She says,
"I don't sound like that nor did I say that."

I say,
"Oookaaaay."

She says,
"Alright alright yeah fine you're right I said that."

I say,
"Like 3 times."

She says,
"Well hey do you not want to?"

I say,
"Obviously. I'm in your apartment because I miss you extra tonight."

She says,
"I know baby. I do too. That's why I'm wearing this."

She pinches a part of her hoodie up and shows it to the camera.

I say,
"Hey! Is that the hoodie you bought for me for Christmas and you even said you won't steal it?"

She says grinning,
"Yep!"

I scoff and she says,
"I only took this one because you did everything in it. Slept, went to work, travelled. Basically live in it."

I say,
"Yeah I was afraid I lost it, but your ass took it with you for the next 3 months."

She laughs and says,
"Sorry, but I needed something to remember you too."

I say,
"Yeah yeah."

I watch with a smile as she continues to hold her phone up to see me as she makes her way around the back stage.
I'm so proud of her I can't believe she's on her first tour already. Her career blossomed so quickly and she deserves every ounce of recognition she gets for it.
She's such a hard worker.

She looks back at me after having a conversation with her manager and band and says,
"Okay babe I gotta go on stage in a minute so I'll talk to you later okay?"

I say smiling,
"Okay babe have fun out there!"

She smiles back and says,
"Will do. I love you."

I say,
"And I love you, too."

Then, she blows a kiss then hangs up the call.
