Girl Meets New Love

Chapter 88

Sabrina's POV:

Well tour is officially over.
I don't know how to feel.

It's been such an amazing ride and I'm so happy I had the opportunity to do that.

As we're packing up everything from the bus and into our luggage, I turn to Rowan and say,
"You ready to head home for Christmas babe?"

She squeals and says excitedly,
"Yes! Aaah I'm so excited."

I laugh and pull her into a hug. I kiss her sweet, soft lips and say,
"Then let's gooo."

We go outside to get into the Uber to go to the airport with everyone.

Before we all head our separate ways, we say goodbye to my amazing band and crew.
I say,
"Thanks again guys for being so amazing. Until next time?"

They say,
"Until next time. Sabrina Carpenter tour part 2!"

I laugh and say,
"Bye guys."

And walk back to the terminal with Sarah and Rowan.
For Christmas Eve, I spend it with Rowan's family and Sarah goes to Peyton's family, then we all fly out to Pennsylvania for Christmas for about 2 weeks.
Man, this is giving me deja vu of last Christmas.

I can't believe it's already almost here!

After the flight I deeply breathe in the good ol' LA air.

I sigh out happily and say,
"It's so good to be back."

Rowan smiles and leans against me rubbing my stomach with her other arm around me and says,
"You're so cute. Cmon lets go go go!"

I laugh as she tugs me by my hand to meet her mom who came to pick us up.
She gets out of the car and hugs me and says,
"Hi honey! Welcome home."

I hug her back and say,
"Thanks! How've you been?"

She says,
"Oh you know the usual. Work, cooking, cleaning. The usual mom things because your little girlfriend over here doesn't help me."

I jokingly scoff and say,
"Rowan Eleanor Blanchard. We're gonna have a big talk when we get home."

She says laughing,
"Oh shush you don't help your mom either."

I say,
"That's not true. I haven't even been home!"

She says,
"Okay fine fine."

Mrs. Blanchard says,
"Okay kiddies let's get a move on so you can both help me!"

We laugh and get in the back of the car and pull out of the airport parking lot.

I sigh out and lean against the car door and put my legs up on top of Rowan's and put my hands behind my head.

She looks at me and says,
"Seriously?"

I laugh through my nose and say,
"Yope."

She says,
"Wow the famous Sabrina word. I finally heard it in person. My ears are blessed."
