Skip a few days

Rowan's POV:

I feel myself sweating and my heart beating fast.
Ugh.
I'm still in the hospital.

I feel fucking disgusted.
Used.
Scarred.
Hurt.

I can't believe that happened to me last night...

Flashback to that evening:

Jake: hey row!
Rowan: heyoo
Jake: how've you been?
Rowan: pretty good! How've you been
Jake: awesome! Just missing you a bit :(
Rowan: ahah awh we should hang!
Jake: yesss
Jake: lets go to the park or something
Rowan: okay sounds fun I'll catch an uber in like 5 minutes
Jake: nah don't be silly I'll come and get you
Rowan: no you don't have to! I'm all the way across town from you and the park
Jake: it's no problem at all
Jake: honestly.
Rowan: are you sure
Jake: of course
Rowan: :) okay I'll see you soon then?
Jake: you got it

Awe that's nice of him.
See, I always knew Jake wasn't a bad guy.

Sabrina never did like him and I never got to understand why.

I don't think I ever will.

When I get a text from Jake saying he's here, I slip on a pair of flip flops and say good bye to my mom and walk outside.

He unlocks the door and opens it for me from the inside.
I say,
"Hey!"

He says driving out of the driveway,
"Yo yo yo."

I smile and ask,
"So what was your family doing today?"

He says,
"The same ol' nothing really. What's yours doing?"

I shrug and say,
"My dads at work and my sisters at her friends."

He nods and says,
"Sweet.... so how's Sabrina? Does she still hate me?"

I say feeling bad,
"She's good! And oh Jake no she doesn't hate you! She's just-"

He says,
"It's fine. I get it. She has every reason to. I'm just- again- still really super sorry for what happened between us."

I say,
"I know. We're all good now though."

He smiles and says,
"Good. Because you're honestly one of my best friends. And I'll always be here for you and I'll always like you but I don't want to lose what we have."

I say,
"Awe Jake. Me either! We have a lot of history and good times together."

He agrees and we continue to engage in pointless conversation until we finally arrive at the park.

Before he gets out of the car he reaches back in the backseat and grabs something, I'm assuming his charger or something, then he comes around and opens my door for me.

Before I can thank him, I feel a strong force being wrapped around my mouth and another one slamming my head against the dashboard.

I'm so close to blacking out.
Holy shit what's happening.

I thought it was just Jake joking around and maybe it went too far or- or it was an accident?

Holy- stars.
I can't see any. black- everywhere....

Sabrina, mom, Carmen, Jake, someone- help.
