Chapter 38

Sabrina's POV:

I wake up after my 2 hour nap feeling refreshed.
I nudge Rowan next to me who fell asleep too.
I say,
"Hey wake up."

And yawn.
She opens one eye and says,
"I fell asleep?"

I let out a laugh and say,
"Mhmm."

She says standing up,
"Oh I gotta tell you Corey wants a round two tonight at his place."

I stutter,
"R-round two of l-last party?"

She purses her lips and says concerned,
"Yeah? Is that a problem? Aren't we good now?"

I say quickly,
"No no yeah of course we're good now! I'm in so lets- uh- go get ready, yeah?"

And walk into my room.
Rowan trusts me that much again?
But I don't think I even trust me that much!

I just- I just gotta remember. Rowan and I are forever and nothing that anyone does will ever change that. Right? Right.
Of course I'm right.
Just NO DRINKING you stupid (not really because your hair is dyed) blonde.
I got this.
It'll be an amazing night.

Skip to 9:00pm

I park the car and Rowan says,
"We're a half hour late."

I shrug and say,
"Eh. Is late even a thing anymore? People just show up wheneva!"

She laughs and says,
"Alright weirdo lets go."

I quickly get out of the car and open the door for Rowan and hold my hand out for her to take.
She does and I close and lock the doors after her.
We step into Corey's and alcohol immediately infiltrates my nose.
My eyes open wide and I shake my head of the smell.
Rowan grabs my hand tighter and looks at me with hopeful eyes.
I nod and lead us in to the living room to greet Corey.
He hugs us and says,
"Hey guys glad you came!"

We smile and say the same and we go on with the night.

Skip to 2 hours later

"Are you fucking serious? ARE YOU. SERIOUS. DO YOU NOT REMEMBER HOW MANY TIMES YOU'VE ALREADY DONE THIS? DO THE ALMOST BREAK UPS MEAN NOTHING TO YOU?!"

I guess you can assume what happened.
