John Watson. John would walk over to you when you're reading. He knows you don't want to talk to him, but he would sit down next to you with cups of tea/coffee/hot chocolate and would place it in front of you. 'I know you don't want to talk with me, then please just listen.' He'd say and eventually, you will sigh and put away your book for a while. He'd tell you that he is sorry and he would explain to you why he did what he did and why that was wrong. He'd tell you that he would never do it again because he knows he hurt you and that is the least he wants to do. And you'd forgive him. How can you not forgive this adorable man who wants your forgiveness so desperately?

Sherlock Holmes.Sherlock wouldn't say much, but he'd notice that he has hurt you and will regret it. But how would he show that to you?
It's all in his eyes. You were in your room, thinking of everything that had happened and whether you're a person that would be sad or a person that would be angry with Sherlock, he'd carefully knock on your door and let himself in. He'd look at you with his eyes speaking, this look you cannot describe, and you could tell that he was sorry. His glance would melt your anger or blow your tears away and he'd ask you to come out of your room since you've been there for quite a long time. Sherlock would keep on staring at you with his sorry-expression until you smile and then he knows you're okay.

Mycroft Holmes. Mycroft would see that he had done something stupid and he would go to you with your favourite flowers in your favourite colour. He'd stand there, the flowers covering his face slightly because he isn't comfortable with the situation and doesn't really know what to do, but you would notice all the effort he did to make it right again and forgive him because you know he loves you so much and that he is sorry for what he has done. He never meant to hurt you and you know that.

Jim Moriarty.Jim would just say he's sorry. He would walk over to you and grab your wrist if you wanted to leave. 'Please, just listen to me for one minute, and then you're free to leave. One minute, that's all I need.' He would beg and eventually you'd let him talk. He'd tell you how much he loves you and how he would never want to hurt his beautiful darling. He wouldn't ask for forgiveness with direct words, but he'd make it clear to you in his own way. After that, a kiss is always in order.
