Finn's POV

"So, you're looking pretty beat up."

Sami said, sitting next to me.

"Yeah. Stupid black eye."

I said with a sigh.

"Does Aaron at least look worse?"

"Wouldn't know. I hope he does with the way I beat his ass."

I said with a smile.

"So, how are you and Mrs. Devitt?"

Sami asked, sipping his coffee.

"I don't even know. I hate to say it, but I swear that girl is insane sometimes. She goes from quiet and happy to loud and angry like that."

I said, snapping my finger.

"Did you ever stop to think that you're the one making her insane?"

Sami asked, raising an eyebrow.

"She's always been like this."

"Not when you guys weren't together a mere 8 years ago."

Sami said as I rolled my eyes.

"Whatever. Let's change the subject."

I said.

"So, when are you getting back in the ring?"

Sami asked.

"I don't know. I've put everything on hold for Bayley and the kids. I don't even know if I wanna get back in the ring."

I said, looking at my shoulder.

"What do you mean?"

Sami asked.

"I was thinking about retiring. I hate leaving the kids with other people while I'm traveling with Bay, I'd rather just be there for them. Then Bayley can be on the road and I can be a stay-at-home dad and the kids will have at least one parent at home at all times."

I said, biting my lip.

"I mean, if that's what you really want to do Finn. Have you told Bayley about any of this?"

"No. I have no idea how she's even gonna respond."

"I'm sure she'll be there for you, Finn. You've supported her through so much, I've got no doubt that she would do the same for you."

Sami said with a smile.

"Yeah. I'll talk to her tonight."

I said, smiling.
