It has been 2 years since you fell into Middle Earth. 2 years since Gandalf came across you who was then lying unconscious on the forest floor, wearing unfamiliar clothes and with unidentified magic surrounding you. When you woke up, you had explained as best as you could about where you were from and how this world was only found in books.

Hearing this, Gandalf thought best to bring you to Rivendell and have Lord Elrond see you. When the Lord of Rivendell heard your story, they knew you had some purpose here. They didn't press questions even though you knew what would happen in the future because they knew that there was a chance meddling with the present would make matters worse.

Lord Elrond had then opened his home to you, telling you that you were welcome to stay since Gandalf went to dozens of places and would be unable to care of you properly. So you accepted the offer and stayed there for a year. And it was a choice you would never regret.

There you became friends with Lord Elrond's children. It was a friendship that turned into a relationship where you naturally fit in and became a little sister to them. In turn, the twins and Arwen became people you could rely on like how a younger sibling would rely on their older siblings. It was like having another family, one that you knew accepted you even though you were different from them. They didn't treat you as someone lesser than them even though they were elves and they have been alive for centuries. They were ready to help and provide comfort.

But it wasn't only siblings that you obtained. As the three welcomed you, the father of the household was more than willing to open his arms.

Elrond was very curious about you. He wanted to know more about your family and your world, but he knew there was something you were not comfortable to share. You noticed that he knew. But what made you thankful was how instead of him pushing you to open up, he decided to help distract you from whatever was bothering you.

He helped you learn more about Middle Earth, explained more about what you have read from The Silmarillon, and even helped you learn how to fight. But it wasn't just that. Elrond also made sure to greet you everytime he saw you and gave you words of encouragement. If you had problems he was ready to listen and give advice. If you were sick, he would be the one to tend to your needs.

One of the gestures that he did that always warmed your heart was when he would squeeze the twins's shoulders lightly and kiss Arwen's forehead to bid them goodnight, he would also kiss your forehead. As if you were really part of the family. And he would look at you like how he would look at his children and those he loved and cared for.

You were happy to stay there, but a few months later you knew the story was about to begin. Gandalf had come and others from different places and different races came to Rivendell to have their questions answered. And the four hobbits also arrived. The council took place. You were also included to provide some insight about the matter, but of course you did not tell everything and only promised to tell them warnings.

From that council, the members of the Fellowship were decided on. To your surprise you became a member. They wanted some kind of reassurance that they were indeed doing the right thing even with only vague warnings from you. They were also informed of your skill in fighting.
