As Mard Geer was shocked by Kyoya's sudden surge in magic power, he launched several vines at the ice mage. Seeing this, Kyoya jumped back to avoid the attacks. When he looked down, he saw the ground cracking open for a bit. Soon several vines erupt from the ground as they were all heading for him. Kyoya wasn't worried though, he's seen worse than this.

As Kyoya waved his arms, Mard Geer saw all of the vines he used against the boy were frozen in ice. Not only that, he could tell this ice was different from the one Kyoya was wielding earlier. Soon Mard Geer sent numerous amounts of vines towards Kyoya. Seeing this, Kyoya smirked as he was planning things carefully in his head.
"Ice Devil's Shiver!!!!!!"

Kyoya creates an ice shard funnel that forms a straight line heading for Mard Geer. Seeing this, the man made a numerous amount of vines to act as a shield. When the spells clashed, Mard Geer's vines were frozen and shattered into pieces. As Mard Geer saw this, he lost sight of Kyoya.

While Mard Geer was distracted, Kyoya jumped high in the air and creates medium to large shards of ice and releases it onto Mard Geer in a flurry. Mard Geer screamed in agony as the ice shards pierced through his flesh. The wound itself was burning hot, while the ice that pierced him was cold to the touch. It hurt so much, that Mard Geer couldn't believe it. A mere human was able to do all of this to him.
