I've been wearing my natural ,curly, blond hair lately .
I love wearing my real hair because I felt like I looked like my dad.
I stared in the bathroom mirror putting on my lip gloss and mascara.
I couldn't wait to show up to the dance with the dress I had on.
I knew I was going to kill everybody in there.
My mom came in the bathroom with a pair of earrings in her hand.
"I wore these at my school prom. Now, I want you to have them." She smiled at me and helped me put them on.
They were so beautiful. They were purls.
"Thanks momma." I gave her a tight hug.
"You look so pretty...you look just like your dad."
She said fixing my baby hairs.
Her phone started ringing , "Oh, I gotta go ! My boss needs me tonight..make sure Charles take your pictures with your date before you go." She said rushing out the bathroom.

I still HAVNT talk to Zulia.
It's been so long.
It feels like years.
I missed her so much.
She wouldn't speak to me at our locker, and at lunch she would sit with the most popular girls in school.
It was like I didn't exist.
I've been eatting with Greg everyday at school.
He's actually a pretty cool person.
I'm happy I gave him the time of day.
He's so sweet.
He buys me food everyday, carry my books, and he even gives me gas money.
He has a potential of being my boyfriend.
But I really couldn't focus on him because my mind was still all over Charles.
I stared out the window waiting for Greg to pull up , when Charles came in my room.
"You look pretty."
He said rubbing his fingers down my face.
"Thank you."
I said with a smirk.
He started rubbing on my booty.
It felt good.
"Did you make my mom get an abortion because of me ?" I asked randomly.
He ignored me, " You gone fuck that nigga tonight ?" He asked smacking my ass.
"Ouch !" I playfully rolled my eyes.
"You jealous ?" I asked him rubbing his beard.
He kissed my lips, "Hell nah, that's a little ass boy..I'm not worried about it."
I notice Greg pulled up and got out the car from my room window.
"He's here!" I told Charles excited.
