It was so many people parked infront of my mom's house.
I had nowhere to park.
I didn't want to have to park far because I had a car seat to carry.
At this point, I just wanted some weed to smoke.
A black and mild , cigarette or something.
My nerves were so bad.
I already had a lot on my mind.
I still had Lilly on my mind, and the reason she died.
I took a deep breath, then got out the car.
I parked the next block over.
I was shaking as I got closer and closer to the door.
I HAVNT been inside their house in a while.
It felt funny.
The walk way had gold and white balloons, with gold confetti at the entrance.
It's was ribbons and decorations all over.
It's was even music playing at the door.
Stevie Wonder.
It was a fat ass speaker with LED lights infront of the garage door.
I walked in and couldn't even recognize the place.
Everything was so beautiful.
It was two buffet stands with food in the middle of the living room.
A DJ.
A punch and water fountain.
It was over 30 people in the house.
A lot of people I couldn't recognize.
It was two albino people in the kitchen drinking.
I knew then, a lot of people were Charles family.
I sat Zeek down on the floor next to Ava.
Ava looked up and smiled at me, "I'm glad you came." She said.
She looked so pretty.
She had on a tight all white short mini dress.
Some white heels.
Her hair was slicked back into a bun.
Baby hairs were to die for.
I walked over to Charles who was dancing next to the DJ.
The DJ was playing Marvin Gaye.
He looked at me and smiled.
I could tell he was super high and drunk.
He had white flakes under his nose.
Kind of looked like he just drank some milk.
But I knew what it was.
I was confused.
I didn't know he did them types of drugs.
"Where is my mother ?" I yelled over the music.
He looked me up and down.
"Why didn't you dress up ?" He asked still dancing.
"Charles, where is my mom?" I changed the subject.
He moved in closer to me, and yelled into my ear, "She still getting her hair done at the shop."
