I sat on the back of the Ambulance, watching the police put yellow tape around Maya's car.
They were taking pictures of it and going through it.
I was in shock.
I didn't know how to feel.
Death was getting so normal to me.
"We are going to go pick up the other young lady Ava and take her to the police station for questioning." The officer explained to me.
"We need you to come too." He added.
I nodded.
Miss. Harper was speeding ,and parked in the middle of the street.
She jumped out screaming and crying, "Nooooo! My grandbaby ! No God no !"
I got up and ran over to her to hug
her.
She fell to the ground and rocked in my arms.
"I'm so sorry ! I'm so so so sorry!" I cried.
Seeing her cry made me start crying.
"Somebody explained to me what happened !" She yelled angry.
A officer walked up to her to explained the story to her in full detail.

My birthday arrived.
It felt like a regular day.
I wasn't excited at all.
My son was still in the hospital, and Lilly was still gone.
I cried everyday since she died.
It still felt unreal.
I didn't eat or sleep.
I lost 5 pounds.
I lost the figure in my ass.
I started to look like Ava. Skinny.
I was so stressed.
I had no friends or family.
My momma still wasn't talking to me, and Charles hated me more because he felt like I put Ava in some drama.
She couldn't go back to Chicago because she had to be here for court.
The sad part, we could do time for something we didn't even do.
They broke in my house trying to start mess with me.
Zulia momma look at it like I shouldn't even had called the police and things wouldn't had played out like it did.
But I fell like the only blame should be on Maya for leaving Lilly in the car alone.
When Maya got out the hospital, she was out in jail for home invasion and battery.
Then she was charged with child endangerment and a death of a child.
When Zulia was bonded out, I heard she HAVNT talked at all. Not one word since she heard her baby died.
