{Later That Day}

Several agents were in your apartment looking around, some were even in the hallway outside. You sit on your couch, and your aunt was in the the kids' room with your children. Clementine sits beside you.

Brody sits in a seat in front of you, and her partner, Agent Jimmy Woo, stands beside her. You called her so she can help you strike a deal like Daryl and Omid did.

Brody: You had Secretary Ross in a frenzy after you all broke out. I thought he'd have another heart attack.

You chuckle.

You: Tell him I'm sorry.

Brody nods, holding papers in her hand.

Brody: Ever since high school? I used to think I could see through bullshit, but I couldn't see through yours.

You think back at all the times in high school when you'd flake out on events her and your others friends would invite you too all because of your duty as Spider-Man.

You: Yeah...all those rain checks. I meant to come back to them, though. One day.

Brody nods with a light smile.

Brody: You were doing your job. Consider them excused.

You smile, and Brody looks over the papers again.

Brody: So, you understand the contingencies to this deal?

You: Yes.

Brody: You'll be on house arrest for a minimum of 24 months, it could lower as time goes by.

You nod.

Brody: You're going to wear an ankle monitor, so you can't leave the perimeter of the apartment complex unless it's in emergency or a dire need of medical attention. Once it triggers we'll decide if it's mandated.

Clementine: If he's bleeding out because of something, I'll handle it. I've been doing that for years.

You: Yeah...she's right.

Brody continues.

Brody: There could be sudden checks from either me, Agent Woo, or any other person from the agency to make sure you're following procedure.

You: Spontaneous. Sounds fun.

Brody flips over the page to read over the last set of rules. She looks at you.

Brody: Listen to me carefully, Y/N.

You nod.

Brody: After you've served your term...you won't be able to return as Spider-Man. Unless, you take a meeting with the U.N panel and review the Accords again.

You look down at your hands. You already knew what your plan was from here on out, and it wasn't going to involve you signing the Accords again.

You: That won't be a problem.

Clementine rubs your shoulder.

Brody: So you understand?

You: Yes I do. My days as Spider-Man are over.

Brody nods and looks over at her partner. She starts getting up.

Brody: Well, then it's settled. After you meet in court in a few days, your term will start.

Agent Woo: We'll start going through the apartment for anymore of his gear.

Brody stops him.
