When Karina arrived in Dean's room, she saw him slowly breathing in the tube from his mouth. Handling his life in a coma. Not knowing that Dean is right behind her. Looking at her pale, weak body. Lesser hours to kill. She walked slowly to his bed, still resting.

She softly smiled at him, "Hey, dumbass. I'm glad you're still hanging in there. I don't know if you can hear me or not, but... it doesn't matter, right? Do you remember the night when we were at the bar? I've said some things to you... and you said some things to me.'

The heart monitor is still beeping slowly. She coughed weakly, thinking about what she was going to say next, "Um... since it will be my last case. My last words I'll say to you. You... and Sam. You guys almost changed me. Changed my humanity. I'm tired... Dean. I'm tired of holding it on when I know that everything is ok for now and later.'

"So my report to you, Dean Winchester, wherever you are. Thank you for becoming my first real friend. I to you also, it did matter to me. I wanted to thank you to all of my cold heart for... being you as who you are. Don't let anyone change you in the future. So... My worst thank you I have given you so, this is awkward.'

"Keep fighting, that's all."

Karina patted her cold hand on Dean's resting hand. She softly smiled at Dean's closing eyes. Dean behind her, arm folded standing behind her. He smiled at her back.

"You're welcome, Karina Leone...."

Sam entered the room, carrying a brown paper bag. Seeing Karina standing in front of Dean. She turned to see who was entering and she smiled softly. "Hey. He's still resting, but he's fighting."

Sam softly smiled at her, she looked down at what he was holding. He began to announce it to Karina and Dean in the room and explained it very carefully. He looked at Dean first then to Karina, "Hey. I think you're still around. And if you are, don't make fun of me for this, but um, well, there's one way we can talk."

Karina looked at him, dull-eyed, "Please don't tell me you brought an Ouija board..."

He awkwardly smiled at her, as he pulled out a box labeled "Mystical Talking Board." Karina groaned annoyingly and rolled her eyes. "Oi..."

Sam helped her, walking by her and carrying her down on the floor by him. She sat down as her stand was still up, she put her legs aside while Sam sat down beside her, legs crossed. He settled the board in front of him. He began to speak up to him, "Dean? ... Dean, are you here?"

Sam began putting his fingers on the planchette while Karina hesitantly followed him along. Dean walked behind her, sitting crisscrossed in front of Sam. Dean put his fingers on the planchette and moved slowly to the YES. Leaving Sam and Karina gasped in surprise and relief.

"I'll be damned."

Sam and Karina both laughed in relief. Sam continued talking to Dean on the other side. "Oh, it's good to hear from you, man. It hasn't been the same without you, Dean."

Suddenly, the planchette moved again, spelling one word. They both looked down, seeing it moved to H. Moved to U. Moved to N. They were confused at what Dean was trying to tell them all this time.

Karina asked him, "Hunt? Are you hunting, Dean?"

It moved to YES.

Sam replied back to him, "Dean, it's in the hospital, what you're hunting? Do you know what it is?"

"One question at the time, dude."

"I don't think it's killing people. I think it's taking them... you know, when...when their time is just up."
