The carnival begins. The boys got their own jobs picking up trash along with the EMF meter, which Karina was experiencing as a guest of the carnival. She put an EMF meter in her jacket, put headphones on, and got some reading. She couldn't as well. She stopped for a sec and paid for a blueberry cotton candy.

She began walking to Sam's area when suddenly she got a call from him. She took her first bite of cotton as she answered, "Hey, Sam."

"Hey, Karina. Hold on, let me get Dean in this call."

She waited for Sam to call Dean, after one ring. He picked up the call, hearing two people in the middle of the three-way. "Hello?"

Sam responded, "Guys."

"What's the matter? You sound like you just saw a clown."

Dean chuckled, and Karina rolled her eyes. Maybe she couldn't do that to Sam by reading It when she comes back to North Dakota. "Very funny. Skeleton, actually."

Karina stopped walking, hearing this. "Seriously? Like for real, human skeleton?"

"In the funhouse. Listen, I was thinking. What if the spirit isn't attached to a cursed object, what if it's attached to its own remains?"

"You made a good point, Sam..."

Dean asked, "Did the bones give off EMF?"

"Well, no..."

"We should check it out anyway. I'm heading to you guys."

Dean hangs up the call along with Karina. She hung up the call and began walking faster to the funhouse where Sam was. She kept eating her treat as she approached Sam. He saw her eating medium-sized blueberry cotton candy.

Sam's eyebrows raised at the view of Karina Leone. Including her blue-covered tongue. She smiled at him a little and was offended at his judgy look on her. "Hey! At least you have to live a little."

Sam chuckled and shook his head. He asked, "Have you ever been to a carnival before when you were a kid?"

"No. But I did go to Six Flags when I was 7, X2 coaster. Yep, I was born a badass."

They both laughed. Karina looked at Sam's eye as she smirked, "You have a type of midgets and fat bearded ladies? Anything I should know?"

Sam shook his head, and Karina chuckled. "I can't believe you even thought of that..."

Karina pulled her hands up, "Hey!! I offered some women to you to take a chance, but you just went in the corner."

"So, do you have a type I should know?"

Karina thought for a moment as she took another bite of cotton. "No, I don't have a type. I don't think I'm looking for a man. Or a woman in my life. Like I said before, the only person I can count on is me."

Sam nodded understandably and then Karina took a part of the cotton candy and gave it to Sam. He grabbed it and started eating it. This is the longest time that Sam and Karina talked ever about since John's death. She is not mad or sad at all.

She was living in a present with Sam Winchester.

When minutes grew longer, Dean walked up to them. Sam sighed impatiently, finally seeing Dean approaching him. Not knowing that he was telling that the rest of the trio was writing a book.

"What took you so long?"

"Long story."

A small girl's voice appeared, "Mommy, look at the clown!" The trio turned heads, seeing a little girl was pointing in the distance.
