Jossalyn's POV:
Not long after fallen asleep they both woke up when Melissa started to throw up. They were both up off and on taking shifts.
They had just gotten her settled back down.
Later on that morning Jossalyn woke up feeling Melissa shift between her and Chase. With her not feeling well and wanting daddy, Chase bought her in with them. She was laying on him but had to be touching Jossalyn in some type of way.
"How are you feeling Miss?" Jossalyn asks kissing her head.
"Sick Mama." Melissa cries.
"Aww sweetie." Jossalyn says.
Melissa crawls over to her laying on her being careful of her growing belly. Jossalyn rubs her back.
"My poor girl." Chase says waking up.
He leans over kissing Melissa head a million times. He whispered softly in her ear. Jossalyn watched the tenderness moment unfold and how much Chase loved their little girl. She was so lucky they had him in their lives.
"Love ew daddy." Melissa says softly putting a hand on each side of Chase's face.
She then leaned in giving him butterfly kisses.
"Sorry baby I couldn't make food. But mom duties call first." Jossalyn says.
"It's fine. I can get something down at the track." Chase says.
"Okay. I think I will stay here." Jossalyn says.
"Sounds good to me." Chase replies.
Melissa threw up a few more times. Jossalyn had made toast for them both. Chase got Josh ready and then took care of the animals.
"Good luck baby." Jossalyn says.
"Thanks baby." Chase says
He leans down and kisses her a few times.
"Good luck daddy, bring me checkered flag." Melissa says.
"I will try sweetie." Chase says.
He kisses her forehead and ruffled her hair. Melissa curled back against her.
"Poor baby." Jossalyn says.
Chase and Josh left to head down to the track. Jossalyn turned on the Tv to the channel the race would be on.
Josh called to check on Melissa and then she talked to Chase. Apparently some girl tried to hit on him and Josh set her straight. Jossalyn had to laugh. She hung up. Jossalyn and Melissa fell asleep.
A little bit later Jossalyn woke up hearing the national anthem. Melissa had been up a few times throwing up. Jossalyn was right there with her and for her.
