Jossalyn's POV:
The next morning Jossalyn woke up before Chase and headed out to make breakfast. She was halfway through when the door opened.
"Mama we home." Melissa says coming in with Josh behind her.
"Hi my sweet babies." Jossalyn says stooping down to hug them.
"What are you making Mama?" Josh asks.
"Cake batter waffles!" Jossalyn says.
"Can we help?" Melissa asks.
"Of course and then we can take them in to daddy and wake him up." Jossalyn says.
The kids loved that idea. Jossalyn and the kids make the waffles. They then put them on plates and head to their bedroom and go in.
"Daddy!" Melissa squeals all but jumping on him.
"Hi my sweet baby girl." Chase says smothering her in kisses.
"We got to play with our dogs at uncle Alex's." Josh says.
"That sounds like a whole lot of fun. We're you guys good for Alex and Willow?" Chase asks.
"Of course daddy." Melissa says.
"Yes we were. At least Alex didn't get his toes done up this time." Josh says.
"That is probably a good thing." Jossalyn replies.
"Something smells amazing, what did you bring me?" Chase asks sitting up.
"Cake batter waffles." Melissa says.
"Oh princess thank you they are my favorites." Chase says.
"We helped mama make them." Josh says.
"That's why we made them." Jossalyn says kissing him.
"Thank you." Chase says kissing back.
They eat together as a family and then Chase cleans up. They head down to the fan zone and let the kids play around. Finally they head back to the track and Chase did his media and other things.
"Guys wanna go to driver intros with me?" Chase asks.
"Yes!" Melissa squeals.
"Can I come too?" Josh asks.
"Sure bud." Chase replies.
Chase took the kids to driver intros. Jossalyn went and stood by the car.
