As Cami was returning home from Rousseau's after a long evening at work, she heard from down the hallway, "I've been waiting for you to get home."

She turned around. "Klaus. What are you doing here?"

"I felt the urge to come see you. I...wanted to ask you something."

When he stopped there, Cami asked, "Well, what is it? It must be important if you came all this-"

"Wouldyouliketogoouttodinnerwithmetomorrownight?" he asked all in a rush.

 "What?"

He took a breath and started over. "Would you like to go out to dinner with me tomorrow night?"

"Oh. Well, I have to work tomorrow night. But I can do lunch."

"You can?" Klaus asked excitedly. He cleared his throat. "Well, that would very nicely, then. I'll come around twelve, and we can go wherever you'd like."

Cami smiled. "That's a deal. See you tomorrow, then, Klaus."

He nodded. "Tomorrow at noon, then."

Cami smiled to herself as she went into her apartment, wondering how long he had been plotting to ask her that question.
