It was almost an hour after they were done with their lunch and were now lying down inside their tent with nandini lying horizontally, with her head resting on Manik's chest and manik playing with her tresses.

Nandini: manik you know jab I was in New York na....I would always see my classmates going to dates and doing adorable things for their partners and since then, unknowingly I started imagining of what would my perfect date be like and aaj spending this day with you I know nothing could be better than this. Today I understood that those materialistic things don't matter, all that matters is how much time does your partner spend with you and how much does he prioritize you in his priority list and manik, all these efforts that you have put in for me na show me how important I am to you and trust me...I feel so lucky to have you in life manik

Nandini spoke clutching Manik's hand close to her heart while all manik could do was grin wide at her little heartfelt confession.

Manik: now come on.....time for our next activity

Nandini*excited*: now what?

Manik: you got your swim suit right? I asked you to get it

Nandini*confused*: ya but where are we going to swim here? I mean there's no pool or anything na then why did you ask me to get my swim suit manik?

She was utterly confused.

Manik: nandu you just get your swim suit and a spare dress along with mine and I will tell you what am I upto ya?

Nandini nodded, still confused but still went to the tent and bought their spares and her swim suit and let manik lead the way.

They soon reached to the part of the cliff where there was all water beneath which got nandini all the more confused.

Nandini: manik what are we doing near this side of the cliff?

Manik*excited*: skinny dipping!

Nandini*shocked*: what!?

To say she was shocked would be an understatement. Her eyes turned wide like saucers as she stared at manik, all stunned.

Manik who was excited till now, turned to nandini to find her literally gawking at him and it didn't even take him a second to guess what she was thinking.

Manik: Oh Ms. Einstein! Don't stress that chotu sa brain so much. We are not legit going to skinny dip, you'll be wearing your swim suit and I'll be wearing mine alright? Don't think too much

He teased her at the end making nandini heave a sigh of relief but later her cheeks turned scarlet, getting his tease as manik adored her even more.

Nandini: but where will I change here?

Manik: there

He said pointing somewhere behind her. Nandini turned to find a small set up arranged by manik where she could comfortably change her clothes.

Manik: I hope you'll be comfortable there....if you don't want to then its fine....we can drop this ok?

His concern just increased respect for him in nandini's heart. She was awed by his gentleman gestures for her.

Nandini: Manik relax....breathe alright. And yes I am comfortable. If it were someone else maybe I wouldn't have agreed but with you I am always safe and comfortable and also you wanna do this right, so then we will

Listening to nandini, a smile spread across Manik's face, a smile of adoration and content.

Nandini gave him her warm smile and walked to the setup to get herself changed in her swimsuit while manik simply undressed himself to his swimming boxers that he was wearing already and waited for nandini to come.
