Back in the monster dimension with the western team, Mekuboto now had three pieces of the set and was keeping an eye out on things, Kalon was reading the book they found and it was pointing towards the forest to the north.

Jessica: How are we on that book?

Kalon: From the book, the village should be right in the forest ahead of us.

Elysium: Mekuboto.

Mekuboto came back to Elysium.

Elysium: Stay on my back; we don't know what we are dealing with.

Mekuboto put on her gauntlets and latched onto his back, they all went into the forest looking for answers. All of them were very cautious. Mekuboto was keeping an eye out behind them and had her hearing on along with Nico. All of the AIs had their sensors on in case they couldn't see anything. After carefully treading for thirty minutes they came to a massive tree.

Kalon: This has to be it.

Razor: One problem, looks like no one has been here for ages.

Elysium: He's right.

Where they were located was a village but it was deserted a long time ago, nature took over and there were vines and wild grass everywhere, no one has walked there for a while.

Jones: Let's split up, teams of two.

Everyone split up into teams of two so that they could cover the entire area, they found a lot of abandoned trees and storages, there wasn't much that they could find until Nico found something in one of the trees.

Nico: Got something everyone.

Everyone came back together and Nico showed what he found, it was a map of the area around them. They pulled out the map and it matched up.

Captain Harley: It points to that mountain.

They see a mountain not too far away from where they are located.

Razor: That would be the best place to go if there was a flood.

Nico: A cave most likely, they must have found it so that if anything happens it would be a safe place to wait out a storm.

Elysium: Or be their new home.

Jones: One problem, sunlight.

They look at the top of the mountain.

Kalon: It's hollow on the top, maybe the inside of it is as well.

Jones: Then let's take a look.

It didn't take long for them to get to the mountain but Mekuboto smelled something and Nico picked up on movement around them.

Jones: Jess, what forest are we in back on your earth?

Jessica: Brazilian Jungle best guess.

Jones: And what was in it.

Jessica: Birds, reptiles and...

Nico: What?

Just then someone came into view.

Jessica: Monkeys.

The person that they saw was half monkey and half human, they had a tail, monkey fur, armor and a staff. Then a lot of monkeys surrounded them. They had different furs ranging from light brown to black

Captain Harley: I do not like where this is going.

Just then they felt something heavy coming their way, it was one of the gigantic snakes from before. Once it saw the team the snake told the monkeys to back away. The snake came close and everyone reached their hands out except for Kalon. They touched its face and it was calm.
