The New Hive

In the Ai dimension, everyone came back and went to their homes. With Daisy, when she landed, all of the bees came to her and were accepting her as their new queen. Even the queen bee approved of it because of how Daisy was taking care of it before the change. Daisy went to her tree and the bees started to make her a dress like Violet.

She took off her clothes and allowed the bees to do their work. It wasn't much bees but they managed to get it done. When they were done they went to the sides of the tree and started to transform the tree into a huge hive. Rory came to check on Daisy.

Rory: How do you feel?

Daisy: I am still adjusting to being a queen, I still have to learn how to fly and change my diet.

Rory: You can get to flying after the hive is stable with you as their new queen.

Daisy: Yeah, I think I can feel the first eggs coming now.

Rory: How does that happen?

Daisy: I think the bees here help me with egg-making but if I want to make a new queen, I need to choose a king.

Rory: Ok, you should sit down and get started, we will be outside if you need us.

Rory left and some bees came with some pieces of honey. Daisy sat down and started to eat the honey to get herself used to being a queen. Soon enough she was starting to lay eggs, the bees came and took the eggs to honeycombs to incubate. She was laying thousands of eggs while the bees were building her new home.

Lily and Vile saw the bees transforming Daisy's tree.

Vile: Think she can handle being a queen bee?

Lily: Violet wouldn't have bitten her if she wasn't.

Vile: Hopefully she will find her king.

Lily: Hope so too.

Vile: What about you?

Lily was confused.

Lily: What do you mean?

Vile: Who are you going to bond with.

Lily goes and hugs him.

Lily: I think you already know the answer to that.

Vile grabs Lily gently and takes her to her tree. They head inside and Vile sets Lily down.

Lily: Do you have to go on patrol?

Vile: Not for a while, don't worry I am not going anywhere.

Lily: Good.

Vile took off his armor and set it aside. He went to Lily and sat down with her on his lap. Lily just kept hugging him with her arms around him and her eyes staring into his. Both of them stood there for a while until Vile was needed, with Rev, he was with Kym in her own room which was a sandworm room to let her roam free without the shell.

Rev: So this is your natural habitat?

Kym: Close enough.

Rev: What about food?

Kym: Since we are so big, a nearby village that isn't Sandworms helps us out with food while we dig for minerals.

Rev: So when we all can support each other?

Kym: Don't worry, as long as something tastes real good or fill us up nicely, we are good for a couple weeks.

Rev: Few weeks?

Kym: We digest things slowly to get the most out of it, an advantage when you are in the desert.

Rev: Well, for an engine AI, endurance is also a thing but not how you do it.
