In the AI dimension, everything was quiet as usual. The Serpents were helping out, patrolling or spending time together but no one was slacking off. Each member would get some free time and recover from patrolling and training. Selina was free today and she was going to meet up with Mathew. Mathew was waiting on Selina with his Spartan which had a box in his hand.

He saw Selina and she came to him.

Mathew: Hello Selina, how are you?

Selina: I am ok and Rory told me that I should dress like this.

Selina was in a long jeans pants and a t-shirt.

Selina: She said it was either this or a dress.

Mathew: Yeah, I wouldn't see you in a dress for nothing.

Selina: Good, so, where are we going?

Mathew: There is a mountain side that has a nice view, come on I'll show you.

Selina: Where is my Spartan?

Mathew: Don't worry, I'll carry you.

Selina: Umm... Ok.

Mathew got into the Spartan and gently picked her up and let her sit down in his hand with her using his thumb as something to hang onto. Mathew took off at a decent speed with Selina and the box in his hand. He headed north to the mountain side, he used a path the Spartan can get up there easily and made it up. When he got to the top there it was a small pasture with a few trees and flowers growing.

Mathew set Selina and the box down and got out of the Spartan. Selina looked around and saw AI city, the Serpent's Den, Engine Empire in the distance, it was a sight to behold from that far and high.

Selina: It's amazing up here.

Mathew: Sometimes the greatest sight is the simplest one.

Mathew opened the box and it had smaller boxes with food, drinks and a blanket. He took out the blanket first, opened it and spread it out on the ground; he then took out the food and drinks and set them down. He set his Spartan to sit down and be in standby mode using less power. Selina was watching what he was doing and was curious. Mathew sat down on the blanket and had the food and drinks in the middle.

Mathew: Come on, sit with me.

Selina comes and sits down on the other side.

Mathew: There aren't many places to go in a city like that so I thought out here would be best.

Selina: Oh.

Mathew: We could head back if you want.

Selina: No, no, it's... nice.

Mathew knew something was wrong.

Mathew: Then what is it?

Selina: A lot of things.

Mathew: Want to talk about it, lie back on the blanket.

Both Mathew and Selina lie back on the blanket looking at the blue sky.

Mathew: Go ahead.

Selina: First, it's about being humanized.

Mathew: You don't like it, do you?

Selina: No, I do like it but I'm getting confused on some things.

Mathew: Such as?

Selina: All these new emotions coming from the emotional matrix, I don't understand any of them.

Mathew: Didn't you get information on that?

Selina: They did but what the information said was much more than it described.
