In the monster dimension, underwater western team was dealing with some Sirens that they restrained and were being heading to a village since a Geode wasn't close enough to pick-up so they had to make a meet point to get there.

While they were swimming, they were looking over the prophet's letters and talking to each other.

Cove: Looks like the prophet knows a lot about who this witch was, no one spilled her name and she couldn't track her history but she warns that the witch may be watching, which is why we need to be on our guard.

Scylla: Well, we haven't let it down ever since we left Mermaid Manor.

Zane: Better keep it that way

Extreme AI Paladin: What else did she say?

Cove: A lot of other things Cicada, about getting better equipment, training hard and unlocking some sort of potential within me but I don't know anything about that.

Maverick looked at Cove and Cove could read what he was thinking.

Cove: I don't know if there is even a place that holds the information we need.

Mermaid Swordsman: We should make that a priority as well.

Just then the Scylla saw something.

Scylla: Uh oh.

Cove: What is it?

Scylla: The village!

Everyone on the team swam up and saw the village destroyed, people were there but it wasn't much.

Cove: Oh no.

Everyone swam quickly to the village and they were just picking up the pieces.

Cove: What happened here!?

Mermaid: Sirens, they attacked our home and took everything.

Zane: Are there people taken?

Mermaid: Some, they headed north to the palace, I doubt you can make it in time.

Cicada: Then there is only one way to catch them.

Everyone looked at Maverick.

Zane: One problem, Cove is the kill switch.

Cove: There is another way he can help us but I need somewhere quiet.

Mermaid: Head inside that cave over there, it's the mines.

Cove and Maverick went to the cave and everyone else helped out with repairs while they waited. Cove and Maverick went deep into the cave and she took off her armor and set it aside. She sat down and Maverick came to her.

Cove: Let me speak to the hellhound inside you.

Maverick started to change into the Hellhound curse, he was calm and rested on her chest. He was licking her face and she was petting him. Cove, Maverick and the Hellhound Curse have formed so much a bond that the Hellhound Curse trusts her.

Cove: Hellhound, I ask of you to help those people and imprison those who have done wrong.

The Hellhound curse was confused.

Cove: I know it is not your way but we need the help of the people in order to take the ocean back from the witch who plagues us, please for me?

The hellhound curse pushed Cove over and she looked into its eyes. In Maverick's head, the hellhound curse was thinking.

Maverick: You know she is right.

Hellhound Curse: That goes against everything I am sworn to do.
