♡ Part 14: how to feel ♡

TO NARUTO

he was with his friends having a great time. he checked the time and it was passed 12am. he got his jacket and started getting ready to leave

lee: you're leaving already?

naruto: yeah, i gotta pick sakura up

ino: tell her she missed out on a lot

naruto nodded and was about to take his leave

shikamaru: i'll walk you out. 

they walked out together and got to his doorstep

shikamaru: naruto....are you sure it's nothing

naruto: yeah i'm sure.... but then again sasuke is new to this stuff

shikamaru: i'm less worried about sasuke than i am of sakura....you know him just like how i do, he runs on impulse

naruto: i know... but he won't let me down... her won't let her down either

shikamaru nodded and they said their goodbyes. once he left, he took a taxi to sasuke's. 

'i wonder what they could be doing'

he smiled to himself and he finally got there. once he walked towards the frontstep, he saw both their figures by the door but on the other side. he knocked on the door and once it opened. his eyes widened. sakura looked into his eyes and quickly went to naruto

naruto: what happened

sasuke: naruto wait i need t-

sakura: let's go naruto... quickly

she tried pushing him but he stopped her and looked into her eyes

naruto: what happened sakura

she looked down and didn't say one word. 

sasuke: i kissed her

naruto's eyes widened as she dropped her head further down

naruto: s-sakura....

sakura: please naruto....

he could tell that she was about to cry and so he looked at sasuke and nodded his head

naruto: later sasuke

sasuke: naruto! sakura!

they walked away and sasuke watched them. he was confused on why naruto let her leave. he would usually try to fix it but he didn't.... and that made his heart ache. but what hurt him more was that she was doing her best to get away from him

naruto: sakura.... please don't cry

it was too late, small tears were falling down her face as silence filled the air. the only thing they could hear were the sounds of the owl and the sound of the wind hitting the grass. 

sakura: it was too early for that.....

naruto looked at her and smiled sadly. he put one arm around her shoulder and kept walking. he knew why she reacted that way. And the reason why he didn't try to fix things with her and sasuke right then and there was because he knows it would be too hard for her to handle. 

They finally got to her place and they knocked on the door. Kakashi came and opened the door, but his eyes widened and quickly pulled sakura in for a hug. He saw her slightly red eyes and red cheeks. 

Naruto walked in  aswell and closed the door. they walked towards the living room. 

The pinkette and kakashi sat down while naruto got her a glass of water.
