♡ Part 108: Preparations ♡

A FEW WEEKS LATER (February 11th)

TO SAKURA

she continuously stared at her two friends with a cocked brow and a smirk that never misplaced itself on her lips. the trio walked through multiple aisles of a baking shop with a cart and a shopping list in the male's grasp

ino: you've got to be kidding me, we don't need all this stuff! hidan! are you even listening to me?!

the silver haired boy continued to walk alongside sakura as ino stomped behind them with an irritated expression. 

hidan: get the vanilla extract

sakura: right. 

the pinkette reached over and onto one of the shelves and soon placed the desired item into their cart. they continued on their way and once they finished with their shopping, they headed to hidan's house in a secretive manner. 

three days remained until valentines day. it was a friday and sakura thought it'd be a great idea to do something for her lover for this upcoming event and it was perfect because they were now welcomed into the weekend. 

she would never forget why she sought out hidan and ino's help

FLASHBACK

tenten: that's so cute, but, like, i have no talent so yeah. 

hinata: that's n-not true tenten!

the brunette shined a small grin to her friend before propping her chin up in the palm of her hand

tenten: but anyways, you're making chocolates for sasuke but do you know how to make it?

the pinkette awkwardly smiled

sakura: not really

hinata and tenten face palmed themselves. 

sakura: i'm going to find a recipe online

ino: shut up hidan!

hidan: who the fuck are you telling to shut up you ugly pig?!!

the trio's attention was shifted to the door of their classroom that was slammed open, revealing a duo that continuously yelled at each other. it had been like that ever since hidan found out that ino had been telling people about the things he did with his new boyfriend, shikamaru. 

hidan: suck a dick

ino: gladly

everyone froze and sakura's eyes widened in delight

'found it!...'

sakura: ino come here!

the blonde girl winked at the silver haired boy and jumped her way to her best friend. she plopped herself down onto the nearest seat and stared with blue eyes that sparkled like the ocean

sakura: i know you're good at making deserts, and i want to make something for sasuke so do you want to go shopping with me after school? 

curiosity nipped onto hidan's skin as he eavesdropped onto their conversation. 

ino's smile widened

ino: sure! we'll go right after school and i know exactly what to make, we're going to make chocolates!

before sakura could thank ino, hidan stepped up and heavily clonked his feet and made his way to the girls with a stern gaze

hidan: i'm coming too, this shitty amateur doesn't know what the fuck she's talking about. i'll help you make those chocolates or whatever.
