♡ Part 67: i want you to be happy ♡

the groups got to separate sides of the rink and began to strategize. kakashi and sakura made their way to the rim and began discussing small outcomes for the team.

TO HIDAN

the grey haired boy stared at his teammates and listened to the one that had his hair tied up into a spiky ponytail. he talked in a lazily way and yet, had brilliant ideas. hidan couldn't help but wonder what this boy was really about but decided to wait for a better time to ask. 

shikamaru: did you guys get that? it would be a drag if i would have to explain again

kiba: i got it

choji: i got it too, shikamaru

hidan: yeah

shikamaru: i hope you get used to these troublesome boys, they're real bothersome when they want to be

hidan narrowed his eyes slightly but just nodded his head. a small smirk landed on his lips which caught shikamarus attention

'......this one has an interesting smirk....'

shikamaru thought to himself and felt his lips curve upwards

TO SUIGETSU

deidara: okay but i'm not that good at defending, i'm more of a shooter

sasori: that's why suigetsu will be the defender, he's better at that stuff

deidara: you're really good at strategizing, sasori my man

suigetsu began to chuckle which caught his teammates attentions

suigetsu: 'my man'?

sasori sighed 

sasori: that's just how he talks--

suigetsu: are you related to a girl named ino?

deidara: uh no... but i know her

suigetsu: you know all the girls don't you

deidara grinned which made sasori internally face palm himself

TO SASUKE

neji: okay we're set

sasuke: hmph

kakuzu: ....

silence filled the air which made things a bit awkward for the trio. neji looked over to the raven to see that he just looked down to his feet

neji: so have you decided if you'll join us for the national team?

sasuke: i think i have my answer, but i'm still thinking

kakuzu: ....

sasuke: but is there a reason why you're so quiet?

the raven shifted his gaze towards his new teammate--- trying his best to be friendly. sasuke, just like how when sakura first joined, isn't the type to be very welcoming to others. he usually sits back and let's the other boys do all the bond-talk. although, this time things were different so he knew he had to suck it up and just talk

kakuzu: there's no point in saying anything for now

neji/sasuke: you're so much better than naruto

the two konoha players chuckle at each other and a small smile crept onto kakuzus lips

'they're not too bad'

TO NARUTO

naruto: anyways, let's just play and hope that we win. which we will cause i'm the best player on the team y'know
