♡ Part 23: some type of way ♡

AFTER SCHOOL

TO SAKURA

she quickly dragged naruto and sasuke by their wrists as they both trampled to keep up with the pinkette.

sasuke: s-sakura!

naruto: why are we going so quickly

sakura: i want you guys to be completely ready for the game tomorrow

they both smiled at her and continued getting dragged. once they got there, they saw everyone including sasori waiting by the door for their coach. 

kakashi: okay you guys go in and get changed

they all went inside and sakura went beside kakashi

sakura: i'll just sit out for this practice

kakashi: are you sure sakura, if anything you'll keep some of these boys going

he chuckled and she knew exactly who he was talking about

sakura: i'm sure he's a lot more fired up now that sasori is here

kakashi smiled at her and patted her head

kakashi: you can sit at the bench

she nodded and headed towards the bench. 

TO SASORI

naruto: guys look at the sheeps!

the boys all laughed and sasori laughed at his relative. Sasuke glared at the blonde boy as he got ready to tackle him.

'that naruto'

he smiled to himself and walked out. he saw sakura sitting on the bench and he smiled as he walked towards her

sasori: you're not playing?

sakura smiled and looked down

sakura: i want you guys to do your best so i'm sitting out

sasori sat down beside her and sighed heavily

sasori: i miss the old days where we were all used to get pocky together after school.

sakura smiled

sakura: i remember that. and naruto getting chased by that one dog almost everyday

they both chuckled 

sasori: uh you wanna walk home with me today

she looked at him and a slight tint of pink was on his cheeks

sakura: i can't... i'm walking with someone else, sorry

he nodded and looked down

 sakura: goodluck sasori

he smiled and went to the group. they started practicing and she watched them all practice. 

sasuke: naruto..

sasuke made a shot and his team got happy

'good job sasuke'

he looked back at sakura and saw her smiling. he faintly smiled to himself and continued playing. after they all finished, they began getting ready to leave

kakashi: get to the middle once you're all done

he took out a large box with him and stood in the middle as he waited for the players to come. she walked over to kakashi and looked at the box

sakura: what's inside

kakashi: your new hockey jerseys

her face lit up but she knew that she wasn't going to get one because she wasn't an actual member of the team but then, he held out to her a jersey and she looked at him oddly
