♡ Part 36: disobeyed because of you ♡

naruto: sakura.. why did you leave the party early

sakura looked at him confused as she thought about the way sasuke acted towards her

sakura: is sasuke mad at me?

naruto didn't want to tell her that sasuke kissed karin but he was just as confused on why he is mad at her

naruto: i don't know and i was gonna ask the same thing

she told him about what sasuke did and now he was even more confused. why would sasuke act like that? it just seemed so out of character. but then an idea popped into his head

naruto: what happened with you and sasori

she explained but it did no good. it didn't seem like that had anything to do with sasuke.

naruto: i guess he is just being his emo self

they both laughed and continued their night together although they both thought about what happened. literally none of this made sense and it just started to irritate them. 

they ended up both falling asleep on the couch.

3 DAYS LATER (November 3rd)

TO NARUTO

herself and naruto walked to school together as usual. the topic of sasuke didn't really make sense and so they just left it. once they got to school, they saw ino and hinata at one end and sasuke and shikamaru at the other. the pinkette and naruto found that weird but they both went to their designated areas

naruto: hey teme, shikamaru

sasuke was about to greet his best friend until he got a call. he walked away as he picked up the call which was unusual because he would usually just stay and talk. but shikamaru didn't really give too much thought to it because he had to tell naruto something

shikamaru: this just became even more troublesome

naruto: what do you mean

shikamaru: sasuke just told me why he was mad at sakura

naruto: why didn't he te--

shikamaru: calm down, he literally told me just before you came

he then explained to naruto what sasuke said

FLASHBACK

sasuke and shikamaru stood there and talked but sasuke couldn't hold it in any longer. because of sakura, he gained a habit of opening up more to his friends

sasuke: shikamaru... i was mad at sakura at the party

shikamaru: i know. you raged once we mentioned her

sasuke: she....

he paused and looked down

sasuke: her and that tomato head kissed

shikamaru's eyes widened at sasuke's claim. it seemed out if nowhere and it just made him even more confused

shikamaru: and you got mad because of that

he slowly nodded his head

shikamaru: -sigh- this is such a drag

END FLASHBACK

shikamaru: and then you came

naruto: she would've told me that they kissed. she wouldn't keep that from me

shikamaru: that's what sasuke said

sasuke walked back to his best friends and naruto looked at him weirdly
