Davina and Danny were in the library that Elijah showed them. Everyone was in their respective rooms, not having much sleep but needing to be around the person they care about, Elijah and Alaric were in the same room with Elena, Kol was with Bonnie, Rebekah was with Stefan and with Caroline was Klaus and Liz, then in a guest room was Damon and Katherine.
"You are clearly tired. You can sleep, I'll stay here looking for any clues." Danny said.
"No. I'm not leaving you alone trying to deal with all this. You should be the one having some rest. I can't even imagine what you're feeling like. Bonnie is your cousin..." Davina said.
"Exactly. My cousin is in troubles, not yours. I'll understand if you'll want to sleep."
"I'm not leaving you alone."
"Why?" Danny asked, not understanding Davina's stubbornness.
"Because not only you and Bonnie saved me but you two are good people and I want to help you." Davina said because she couldn't explain the reason of her caring about Danny, someone she barely knew.
"Thank you." Danny said and hugged her, getting her off guard, but after the shock she hugged him back.
After the harvest ritual, Marcel took her to a place where she would live in and not leave, making her not have friends, and it's been a few months since she actually got her freedom back, which also meant she was still new in how to make friends.
"What's that?" Davina asked when felt something in his pants, feeling very awkward and not sure if she wanted the answer.
"What?" He asked breaking the hug and when saw her face he realized what she thought she had felt, making him say. "It's a bag of skittles. Do you want some?"
Davina couldn't help but smile of relief because she wouldn't know what she would do if it was something else.

"No. Thanks." Davina smiled so Danny decided to put the bag back in his pocket.
After that Davina and Danny sat reading books in hopes of having a clue of what could be but both were feeling tired and Davina was the first to give into her desire of having some sleep, falling asleep as her head fall to Danny's shoulder, making him look at Davina and smile to himself.

Katherine and Damon were in the guest room and Damon was talking while Katherine listen to him and actually cared about what he was saying.
"I should have got to New Orleans the second I knew Stefan would move to live here too. I'm his older brother, I should be able to protect him. I've never been a good big brother but I never let things get to this."
"If you want we can find a place to live in. I'm sure that Klaus won't tolerate our presence once Stefan and everyone get better but that doesn't need to stop us from living here." Katherine said.
