CONTAINS MINOR ANGST & FLUFF

_

Jungkook trailed behind his hyungs, enjoying the glances and murmurs of excitement they received as they sauntered through BigHit's lobby, their manager strutting at the front of the group as he led them to one of the conference rooms on the fourth floor of the building. He didn't bother to glance over his shoulder, knowing the four members wouldn't wander off like children unless something truly interesting distracted them. Jungkook padded closer to Yoongi, their hands brushing in a secretive display of affection as they made their way to the elevators.

Jimin, Taehyung, and Sejin, their manager, went into an elevator separate from Yoongi and Jungkook, allowing the couple a short span of time together before they exited onto the fourth floor. The brunets stepped inside, hitting the button for the floor they desired and waiting for the metal doors to shutter closed.

"There are cameras," Yoongi muttered, keeping his gaze fixated on the silver doors. Jungkook hated hiding his relationship with his hyungs, but in their workplace, they could appear as nothing more than close friends, and it made the maknae's heart ache.

With a nod, he looped his pinky with Yoongi's, offering it an affectionate squeeze before releasing it. The elevator chimed, a feminine, animated voice coming through the speakers to announce that they'd arrived on their desired floor. The doors shuttered violently before opening, Jungkook, and Yoongi stepping out into the hall just as the others rounded the corner before them.

"Just down the hall," Sejin pointed down the carpeted hall, adjusting his thick-framed glasses over his nose. Jimin bowed at his waist, walking past Sejin with Taehyung close behind. Yoongi clasped hands with their manager before grabbing a hold of Jungkook's sleeve and pulling the maknae down the hall.

"What about manager-nim?" Jungkook questioned innocently, glancing over his shoulder at their black-haired man as he pulled his cellphone out of his coat's inner pocket, pressing a button and holding it up to his ear.

"He'll be in later, Koo," Yoongi replied. "We're gonna be late; c'mon."

Jungkook shut his mouth, keeping pace with hyungs as they wandered close to the end of the hall and ducked into a small conference room to their left. Seated inside were two male staff members, dressed appropriately in tailored black and blue suits; one, a cute blonde no older than 25, adjusted the thin, silver glasses on his chiseled face. The four members bowed their greetings before settling down on the other side of the table, Jimin reaching forward to prepare himself a cup of coffee before the meeting started. Glancing out the corner of his eye, Jungkook noticed a woman standing in the corner of the room, adorned in skin-tight leather jeans, a white, short-sleeve button-up shirt, and a black coat. Her hands and neck were vandalized with red and black tattoos and Jungkook could only assume that they covered the rest of her body as well.

"So." One of the staff interrupted Jungkook's thoughts. Bogum, the brunet remembered his name was. Bogum had been a loyal staff member of BigHit since well before his debut, referring to him as his hyung since he was a teen. "We've got a few things to go over with you four. Specifically you four. I know Seokjin will return home in less than six weeks, but we can't afford to wait that long."

"Understandable," Taehyung replied blankly, running a hand through his already ruffled blonde hair. He adjusted his white mask over his nose, blinking across at Bogum with limited interest.
