anyway let's talk about something more serious. during my little break the ukraine and russia situation has been escalating. you might be wondering why you should care if you don't live there, but did you know that russia is a major source of the world's oil and wheat? gas prices are probably skyrocketing wherever you live. and even if it doesn't effect you, you should still care and be educated because people in ukraine are fighting so hard for their lives and deserve all the support they can get. even if you can't donate, you can always try to spread awareness by doing things like trying to bring it up as a topic in your classroom or try to promote it on social media, etc etc. just do your part though, seriously. also please for the love of god a petition is going to do jack shit against someone committing genocide against a whole country lmfao, please don't do that thinking it'll stop this whole war
