[Yuuei Beginnings Arc] Yuuei Exams

The day of the entrance exams had finally arrived after a month, and our black-haired protagonist, Izuku, woke up with little anticipation. Nemuri had left him a message before leaving for some duties at the high school.

Izuku read the note with a smile, feeling uplifted.

He quickly got dressed in his battle uniform, consisting of a black jacket over a crisp, long-sleeved white dress shirt with a high collar. The shirt had a zipper to cover his mouth, adding a touch of mystery to his appearance. Matching pants completed his outfit, and he secured his sword holder to his shoulder, placing his sword inside.

Preparing himself, Izuku summoned a shadowing gateway and confidently walked through. Emerging from the other side, he found himself standing in front of the prestigious Yuuei High building. The school sprawled across a vast expanse of land, housing a multitude of educational and support resources within its walls. It resembled a small university in terms of size and grandeur.

Approaching the entrance of the building, Izuku noticed a familiar bobbed head of hair. He made his way over to the girl with a spring in his step.

"Uraraka! How are you today?" Izuku called out, his voice filled with genuine excitement.

Uraraka turned around, her face lighting up at the sight of Izuku. "Izuku!? Hi! I'm doing great. I was getting a bit worried since you hadn't called in a few months. I thought you might have left the country," she said, rubbing the back of her head and grinning sheepishly.

"Yeah, I decided to take a shot at it and see how I fare," Izuku replied, earning a nod of understanding from Uraraka.

"Anyway, let's hurry! We don't want to be late," Uraraka said, a hint of urgency in her voice. She reached out and gently took Izuku's hand, leading him inside the building while holding it.

"Seems like our boy's got a girlfriend," Koyami teased, a mischievous grin on her face. Izuku, however, remained unamused by her remark.

"Cut it out," he retorted sharply, annoyance evident in his voice.

Inside Yuuei, Present Mic, also known as Hizashi, enthusiastically explained the intricacies of the Entrance Exam, ensuring that all students understood the process.

"Welcome, future heroes of Yuuei High! The Entrance Exam here consists of two parts: a written test and a practical test. Let's dive into the details!"

"The practical exam challenges you to showcase your abilities in mock battles set in replica urban environments. You'll have a total of ten minutes to utilize your unique quirks and immobilize robotic villains strategically placed throughout the arena. Your score will be determined based on the points earned from defeating these villainous bots."

"To make things more interesting, each Villain Bot carries a different point value based on its difficulty level. The easier villains are worth 1 point, the medium-level ones are worth 2 points, and the toughest villains, the hard ones, are worth 3 points. And then we have the Arena Traps, worth 0 points. So, aim for those high pointers!"

"However, it's important to note that combat between the candidates is strictly prohibited. Engaging in combat with fellow examinees will lead to disqualification. To ensure fair play and avoid any potential collaboration, students from the same middle school will be assigned to different exam locations. So, no teaming up, folks!"
