Hi Readers: What do you guys think of the changes that were just implemented at the company? Well, before we continue with the story; I have decided to do something that is long overdue. Division #2: CFR Training, Inc.
This division is solely used as a holding company for all of the companies' properties, including it's intellectual properties. Intellectual property is made up of any patents and documents that are created in the operations of the business. It also includes any training manuals, and programs that are created for the Casey First Responder (CFR) training classes. They are outsourced for now but may soon be provided by the company through this own company. It is led by both of the other divisions of the company. Also included in this division are the offices of any legal teams.

Subsidiaries:
CFRT Courses, LLC:
The company which is in charge of creating the course material.
CFRT Properties, LLC: The company which owns the properties that the company will be using as training facilities, as well as the headquarters. The headquarters has been placed in trust in this subsidiary so that it is owned by the company, rather than Matt.
Casey Intellectual, LLC: The company which owns all of the patents for the company, as well as all of the material that has been created for CFRT Courses. This is protected against copyright, as well as just keeping the material in house rather than outsource it.

Rather, they will become subsidiaries of the new company; but the executives in this company will still have a place on the entire board as they are still in charge of co-ordinating with the other divisions as to make sure that they can cross-brand at times.

Please note that these are just a few of the characters that I am able to share. There are many more characters that are not mentioned in this post, and they may be added into the story in the future; but for now, I felt like I should give you a bit of information to clear things up. I hope that this post did help and give you a bit of clarity when it came to what's going on with regards to everything that has changed in the past couple chapters. However, I am more than ready to give you more information should questions arise. In fact, I may post another chapter similar to this one if there are so many questions.
