She left cookies out from what they kids thought were for Santa. But nope.
It was currently one in the morning and Mark and (Y/N) were sitting at the kitchen table with the plate of cookies and a glass of milk. They dunked their cookies in the milk, and then what Link and Rhett call it, dinked it. (whatever, I haven't watched them in a while for idky).
"Remember when we ate their Halloween Candy?"
Mark chuckled.
"And how they cried like babies? Yes."
He sorta, groaned.
"Are, you lonely?"
"Oh, well, maybe."
They didn't even have kids, they were watching their nieces and nephews until the morning when their parents would be coming back.
"You understand, we have family here?"
He grunted.
"I knowww."
She laughed.
"I love you, but not enough to do it, technically, in front of my family."
He chuckled again.
"You're weird."
"No, you are."
(Y/N) threw a wet cookie at Mark and ran upstairs to their bedroom.
"Oh, you!"
"IT'S CALLED LOVE."
