*Louis' POV*

"Can I ask you something?" He says. I'm unaware of what his question might be, all I hope for is that it isn't concerning Harry.

"Y-Yeah."

Dominic moves uncomfortably in his seat before asking the question.

"Why is Harry so attached to you? I mean I don't mean to sound crazy and I'm sorry if I do but it's almost as if he's jealous of me every time I talk to you. He seems to hate me for a reason that I have no idea what it might be. I've tried to think about any kind of possible explanation or motive to make him detest me but I've come up with none. Have I done something wrong?" His words pain me, he's done nothing wrong yet he seems to be beating himself up for Harry's selfish actions. I don't know if I should answer truthfully or make up a reason why Harry hates him.

"Harry is," I can't tell Dominic that me and Harry are more than friends because we aren't right now, "Harry is overprotective, that's all." I'm not lying, but I'm also not being truthful. Dominic stares at the ground for a minute before he talks again.

"Why is he overprotective? It's not like he's, I don't know, something else." This isn't good, he's assuming what I was trying for him not to.

"Me and Harry go back a long, long time. We've been friends since we were kids and we've both grown fond of each other. Harry watches over me and I do the same. Our mum's have been friends for as long as I can remember, that's how we both came to know each other. I guess Harry is having a hard time accepting the fact that I'm starting to have new friends. Not only that but he fears I'll replace him." I'm not lying, which is great. At least I know that this won't affect my friendship with Dominic in the future.

"Wait," he scoots the chair closer to the bed, "so you two have been friends for a long time?" He's stunned by my confession. Did he expect me to say something else?

"Very long time. Does it surprise you?" I force a laugh to avoid any seriousness in the conversation. Dominic seems to be more into what I'm telling him than I am. There's something about his curiosity that doesn't add up.

"Well yeah it does. I didn't think you two were even friends at first, you know like when we were in the gym and we all had our encounter." Encounter? I don't recall. "Do you know what I'm talking about?" He notices my confusion in the conversation.

"No, sorry." For certain things I have a bad memory, that's one of them.

Dominic looks around the room in an attempt to retell what certain encounter he's talking about.

"When me and you were wrestling in the gym, remember? And Harry came in, interrupting our session. That's when I asked both of you if you two were friends. I remember you saying no and Harry saying yes. After that, you two were going to settle if you guys were or not." His cheeks become red by the end of it. I'm surprised he remembers every little thing. That being the reason for his blushing.

"Right, right." I tell him, reminiscing on the moments me and Harry shared right after talking to Dominic that day.

*Flashback*

"You two are friends I suppose?" Dominic struggles to get the words out due to his lack of breath from our actions just moments ago.

"No." I answer at the same time Harry says "Yes."

Why would Harry say yes? He is the one who wants us to be a secret after all, he doesn't want anyone finding out about us. It's better if they don't know we're friends so they can never assume there's something going on between us two.
