*Harry's POV*

"Did it really have to be this late and today?" I hiss.

"Calm your shit, I'm not the one who you should be blaming. Blame the little shit head that backed out last minute." Jack says, pointing to steps to sit on. "Sit, and keep you voice down, my mom's asleep."

"I've been trying to talk to you for almost two weeks, but now you decide it's the time to do it? At less than 2 hours before midnight on a Thursday night, also known as a school night?" I spit, sitting down on his front door steps, he follows.

"Again, don't blame me." he sighs. "Now, what's this that you've been bugging me around for the last two weeks?"

"I will blame you, I had to drive across town to get here. So don't you go saying that you're not the one to blame, because you are." I say. Jack rolls his eyes, then takes the pack of cigarettes out of his pocket. "Want one?" he offers, waving the box of cigarettes in front of me. I shake my head, pushing the box away with my hands, refusing his offer. The last thing I want is the smell of smoke on my clothes when I go see Louis.

"Jack, I didn't come here to smoke. You know why I'm here." He's acting like he has no clue why I'm here, but it's not like I spent two weeks bugging him over the phone about the same damn thing.

"As the co-captain of the wrestling team, I know better than to let you in when I know you're friends with the target." he says, lighting the cigar in between his lips.

"In case you didn't know, me and Louis are no longer 'friends', we haven't say or looked at each other this past week at school. Look, I want in. Whatever it is you're planning, I want to be apart of it. And unless you want your coach or someone on the school board knowing about this sick bet, or any of the other pranks you've done in the past, then I suggest you let me in." I threaten him, hopefully intimidating him too.

"Fuck fine, it's not like I was going to say no. Dominic backed out last night, so we need someone else to do the deed, you're that someone." the smirk on his face is disgusting. The mention of Dominprick's name alone makes me nauseous. knowing he was the one behind it only makes it worse.

"Dominic?" I ask knowing that I was right this whole time.

"Yeah, he said he wanted out and now I'm letting him out and we move on to you." he takes the cigar out of his mouth, pointing at me with it.

"What's the plan then?"

"Figure out of he's gay. You see," he shifts his body towards me, "a while ago there was a party at a friend's house and one of the team mates saw, who he thinks is, Louis holding hands with another guy. So we sent Dominic to be all buddies buddies with him and make a move on him. That was a while back though, since he transferred into the school in January, it's March now. The kid's been lagging, always postponing the date and shit. The whole point of this was to see if Dominic can actually prove himself worthy of our school, he can't think that he can come to our school without proving himself. You remember when it happened to you, but of course we didn't go through with all of it, Sam had to come and save your ass. Miss that son-of-a-bitch to be honest, bit since he's gone I'm in charge of everything that goes on around here. So, you're in on the outing?" he says. Everything that's come out from his mouth makes me cringe.

Figuring out of Louis is gay? So that's what Dominic's been trying to do this whole time for the past three months. I know this isn't his decision but if he was willing to go to extremes like this just to become worthy of Jack and his little posse, then he's a dick. Louis' been nothing but nice to him, the least Dominic could do is stop this shit. It's hard and tempting to want to be able to fit in, being new to the school and all, I would know. Just like Jack said, it happened to me too, I just didn't go through with it all.
