"Two households, both alike in dignity. In fair Verona, where we lay our scene..." I was introducing to this world, Romeo and Juliet during literature class,"...Strive to mend."

The usually strict teacher that looked like an old hag had her eyes open, mouth agape and expressing all the amazement she could muster up as I finished.

"That..."

"It's the prologue to a story I wrote, miss." I reply.

"Show me."

I nod and walk over to my seat, taking out a stack of papers at least ten centimetres thick while the class whistles and stares on as if I had gone mad.

This was just homework to come up with a story, was there a need to go this overboard?

The teacher reads...and reads...and reads.

Her cheeks flush with excitement,"You wrote this in olden english?"

"It fit the story, miss." I answer naturally.

"It does. It really does." The teacher sighs in amazement,"You really are quite a surprise. I've heard from both Miss Greene and Miss Veronica that you surprised them. Mastery of ten languages, ingenious Cellist and a Literarist deserving much respect. I probably wouldn't be able to write this in a million years."

I smile coyly, neither agreeing nor disagreeing.

"This alone is enough. You will be exempted from literary examinations. I'm sure the literary world and the Ministry of Education will see the world as a piece of priceless text. Full marks, Miss McKenzie."

The class claps and whoops, having already been thoroughly impressed with my prowess.

"God damn that's another teacher in your camp already! How many things can you do? Literary genius, prodigy Cellist and master translator of languages I didn't even know existed!" Harry says with enthusiasm.

I flip my hair provocatively,"It's so easy to be a genius."

"Mhm. Miss McKenzie is getting cocky."

"That's Your Highness, McKenzie to you." I joke, barely managing to keep a straight face.

"Then, your utmost highness, McKenzie, please help me do my homework!"

"Screw off!" I giggle as we banter.

"But really though. I wonder what's going in that mind of yours. How the frickle frackle do you have that many ideas inside that tiny head of yours?"

"What that an insult?" I raise a brow.

"Uh..." Harry's realised what he said and desperately tries to redo the sentence making me giggle uncontrollably as I desperately try to cover my up snorting.

"I-I'm sorry. It came out wrong."
Harry has his hands together and prays for my forgiveness,"You highness McKenzie! I will not make such an error in judgement again!"

"Hmph! You better not! Or else I'll have you executed!" I smile.

"Ah, worry not your highness. I can treat you with the utmost...love." He stares at me with passion as he sweeps his hair back.

Seriously...He can be really attractive when he wants to.

Keep your cool Al.

"..." I freeze up,"L-love?"

"Indeed, my love. I shall bring you to the nuptial chamber and devour you." Harry says it so seriously that I nearly believed it.

"Y-yeah I'll pass." I reply,"Just bring me to eat Ramen and we'll be set."

"As you wish, my queen." Harry keeps up the charade and kisses my hand before he devolves into a fit of laughter that pisses of the teacher and is forced to stand up.

I laugh along but some part of me.

Some strange, weird and unknown part of me-Is beating.

It's beating so loudly that I can barely hear the teacher speak.

My breath quickened as a red tinge fills my face.

He's...Just a friend.

I like him, not like like him.

"Ring~" The school bell rings and we convene with Jonah and Taylor at the canteen.

"Hot damn. This Emporium website is my spirit animal!" Taylor squeals as she shows off her new dress.

"You're addicted women. Addicted I say! Why does your dad even allow you to buy that much?" Jonah says, pinching her cheek.

Harry told me just a few weeks ago that they were dating but I could never see how they could even be in a relationship.

One was a muscle head that went to the gym in his spare time while the other enjoyed shopping for literally anything.

It seems as if miracles do happen.

Taylor's POV.

I text Jonah something while Harry went off to buy food.

'Hey, don't cha think that they go well together?'

'What?'

'H and El.'

'Huh? What're you talking about?'

'Harry and Elizabeth. They're perfect couple material. They argue like they've been married for 50 years.'

'Is that a good thing?'

'Of course! It means they're really intimate!'

'No.'

'What?'

'Whatever you're planning it better stay that way missy. It's their lives, you can't just go around playing cupid for them. Besides, they can figure out if they like each other or not.'

'Pfft. If I don't help them along, they'd be stuck at base zero for the rest of their lives. H might seem outgoing but he's actually really shy.'

'...I know he's shy but if he really likes El then...'

'And don't even get me started on El. That girl might be the smartest and bestest friend I've ever had but she's basically Osmium when it comes to love and dating. She gets all red whenever she sees us getting all intimate. Look.'

I lean on Jonah and fake a giggle and lo-and-behold, Miss Dense goes from peach to tomato in a second flat.

'...Am I right or am I right?'

'Hush woman.'

'Are you in?'

'...I'll go check with H. If he's into her then...I'll help.'

'Okay! It's settled then!'

I go back to my phone and onto Emporium, continuing my spending on anything I fancied.
