Risky as it was, everyone was alive.

I also had a bit of a failure, obliging to her launch when I should have been rational about it.

Her desperation got the better of me.

Logging onto G-Connect, I posted the picture.

'Grand Duke Illions, senior member of C7 has been downed by Alexis Niko.'

Comments started to flood in

If done correctly, the machine will have accomplished its purpose. A final showdown with all we have to decide the victor of this age old war. We are aiming for endgame.'

That was all the confirmation the crowd needed, exploding in comments.

Someone that had been missing for 16 years had just appeared out of nowhere and exploded onto the scene of rankers.

It was an unprecedented moment of glory for both Gallium and humankind.

After the deadly massacre that happened recently which took the lives of 240 million of our kind, a grand duke had fallen.

The last time a grand duke fell was considered already considered archaic.

I turned off my personal phone and got back to work.

Pairing up with Levi, we headed to a human camp-The biggest headache.
